Man, there's been a lot of reversal lately.

This story is what maka maka could've been if she wasn't forced to add het in it. Grateful that story came out in what was pretty much a yuri dark age but it could've been so much better without the obvious editor meddling.

The title is actually a pun on an idiom which is 'tsuki to suppon'. Suppon is a type of turtle I think? This idiom is used to show how two things/people can have similar properties but be very different. The moon and a turtle('s shell) are both round and smooth but they are very different other than that.

I think it's partly referring to Shiho, who doesn't dress up and probably doesn't wear make up all the time. I think it also refers to what the story shows, like metaphorically, I mean the relationship and their honest 'faces' with each other.

At least that's my take on it. Titles are usually not that direct (well, except nowadays where they are intentionally very direct, like the sentence long titles).
