the actual harm of comics about having sex with children is that it, well, sexualises children and reinforces a mindset where it's okay to do so. i don't think that drawings should be treated the same as photographs because then you're giving paper the same legal protections as real children which is demeaning to them but i'm not sure that it's totally harmless either. sure, maybe not something that should be legally prosecuted but treating it as simple preference or a quirky perversion might not be a good idea.

i think it's silly to assume that this thread was started to troll people when this site has lolicon manga and images, some of which was linked to in the actual first post.
