Artwork of this was on a creditspage of Between philia and eros, had to revisit this classic when I saw that.

The reason this gets less comments and attention is you can't just drop a 'this is so cute omfg' type comment. This story delivers quite well in all the important areas and more than anything doesn't seem to bait us with drama which also feeds into the lack of comments.

Its an all around wonderful story and I really hope we get to see it through to the end.

A year is ridiculous, but the art made up for that. Though tbh a year does pass quite fast.

Drawing was horrible.

Come on, it was obviously done that way for comedic reasons. When the author actually tried to draw characters well it was done very competently.

^ this. If you read their other work the author has on here, you can see they can draw really well. Like bugdevil said, it's a comedic style and intentional. I personally loved it, it amplified the humor.

I think this story is actually more tolerable in this short, bite-sized format. If it was a longer series, it'd likely become frustrating to read, lmao.

This, exactly this. It's a kind of toxic relationship but they both seem content with playing the game so really the only ones suffering are all the guys being lead on lol. It's fun to watch them rile each other up, kind of like in Skam! España, but just as in thay series, it only works in a short temporal sense. So this oneshot is perfect impo

Is it just me or is Yuu really pretty now? She always was but now shes just gorgeous. Maybe its just the art style improving.

She is becoming more and more gorgeous every chapter she appears in it seems. Recently when I see Yuu appear my heart skips a beat lol, her beauty combined with Mari's cuteness and how their relationship works just gets to me in a good way

Bit of a cliche but so well executed that it doesn't bother me at all
