This hits really well, actually, for reasons that I could articulate if there wasn't so much to say, most of which is probably intuitive.

To summarize my thoughts, I guess:
View this from the lens of someone who likely grew up consuming/viewing class S as a young sapphic.
The message is obviously universal, but it has a more thorough impact within the creator's cultural context.

The title of this manga caught my eye due to it using the same Welsh concept in the title as this one:

I wouldn't be surprised if it's a direct line of inspiration, given they're both about suicidal lesbians meeting a tall dark handsome stranger who is also seeking death, although in the case of Kamatani Yuhki's manga instead of a love interest it's an adult mentor. Kamatani's manga also has less of an edgy dark feel to it by comparison, despite the subject matter, there's a beauty to it's mournful emotions, compared to the stark misery this manga is portraying so far.

I have followed up on your recommendation and binge-read the whole thing in an evening. Now I have a lot of complicated feelings about that manga that I don't know where to discuss, since the MD forum is a ghost town. :-(

I decided to binge it too and it's absolutely a wonderful read. I'm surprised it's not on Dynasty, considering the author's other work Shimanami Tasogare is.

Most items on Dynasty are from specific scanlators. I don't think you can just do an upload request as some random person for a random scanlator's work; that would make Dynasty no better than an aggregator.

Perhaps a mildly warm take but I'm hoping Diana x Lapis is endgame and Natori goes home with newfound self respect and bags a tired OL gf

We don't have enough modern isekai that ends similarly to older isekai - where both the isekai setting and the protagonist get lessons out of it.
I don't like the idea of them being permanently cut off from each other afterwards, though; that's too functionally similar to "it was just a dream."

Also like being able to live the fix-it-fic is a greater fantasy than banging a villainess ever could be LOL...

Why is whether Chiharu has a boyfriend even a discussion? She doesn't have one, and she also has her own senses-focused harem, and her harem and Mei's harem are gonna get set up together, and Mei is gonna get with Chiharu. I can't see anything else not being a huge headache to deal with on the mangaka's side.

I wonder if Hodaka's views on gender are gonna change. I'm pretty sure the "Even if I'm a girl, I'll be a man worthy of loving you" or whatever the exact phrasing was supposed to be was mostly a Funny Epic Line, but Hodaka seems to really not give a shit, other than how inconvenient it is to have titties
