Here's what I hate about polyamory right? Yes we all are capable of loving multiple people. Very, very much, almost equally so. But it's like why not just choose one to focus your energies with? You like that person well enough right? Just pick one that you care for to work on a relationship with. You have to do the same thing with a career path basically

These kids are what, in high school? Your energy for things energy reduces significantly as you age. One relationship is draining enough let alone two.

What's draining for you might not be for others. I know my relationship is the opposite of draining. It also depends on the dynamics of the people involved.

Also, you're being pretty casual about hurting at least one party involved in all of this and that feels extra cruel in a situation where everyone's amenable to poly.

I think they actually are not a couple and are faking it for a possible popularity boost? I was fairly confused myself.

One of them is starting to feel guilty about using the aesthetics of a gay relationship for cheap marketing to nerds. Knowing an actual couple is probably making the whole act feel scummy. That's just my read of it. Things are still pretty ambiguous right now.

This is probably my most re-read series on this site. And every time I do, I pick up on something else that I like about it. I just get the warmest feeling from this manga.

Also, I really just want to mention Lenny and the super positive trans vibes that I get from reading this. Like, she's not just tolerant to all kinds, she actively fosters the troupe's growth and makes a home for them.

Really, this series is realistic in the sense that relationships will turn out like this, but it's immensely unsatisfying to me from a narrative perspective.

Also the Yuri tag almost seems too much? Does this not qualify for lesbian sidecouple?
