I don't think that your hypothesis fits with the fact that they intentionally changed Fate from being a Godmother to being a legal guardian, and plausible deniability on their marriage hasn't been a thing for 8 or 9 years.

Then again it is not like these three live in Japan

Like in the fictional setting of most anime and manga, the law on Mid Childa is based on Japan's, the things that are different are specified like the laws regarding the use of firearms.

I don't know about Japan, but it is possible to adopt children without being married in most places.

It's easy if only one is the guardian but I don't know of any specific country where any 2 persons can get the guardianship of a child without having a marriage or an union binding the guardians together.
Specifically in Japan for an adopted child to have 2 legal guardians they need to be married, this is still one of the big sticking points in the same sex legal partnerships that are recently getting legalized in some cities since the right for both partners to be guardians isn't extended to them.
In Nanoha when Nanoha and Fate first adopted Vivio Fate was registered only as her godmother, but before Vivid started both her and Nanoha changed their status as legal guardians, that's one of the ways that their previously hinted marriage was sneaked into canon.

Never expected that I would be adding a Watamote doujin of all things to my favorite list.
What a great doujin, in character, funny, very sweet and well drawn. I hope this artist does more of this and that we get more of Yuri and Tomoko from the official manga too.

With the anime ending today, do we know if the manga and the anime will have different endings?

I believe it's mostly open, you may interpret it as Satou reincarnating in Shio and the two being together forever that way, or Shio having so much psychological damage that she becomes someone that heavily resembles Satou. Probably there are other better interpretations, I'm not sure what was the most apparent interpretation that the writer was going for.

Kohagura is great even when making something other than NanoFate. This doujin was adorable.

That was cute, bully x bullied is one of my favorite kind of yuri couples, I'm always happy to see a new manga about this.

This was so adorable, this is how you use a tsundere character.

I'm glad good things can come out of this isekai trend. This manga was a lot of fun but also kind of odd, the premise was silly but the author seemed to take it too seriously at parts.

That was pretty cute, adult life yuri SoL is my favorite thing ever, I hope we see more from this author.

This was so cool! The author can make a very good series by expanding this oneshot.

Pretend boyfriend/girlfriend stories are always fun, I hope this manga lives up to its potential.
Also I can never avoid thinking that we get so many yuri manga with a mangaka main character because they're all autobiographical stories.

Ditch that go and end up with your childhood friend! That'd actually make the story more fresh and interesting!

I'm feeling like that since chapter 2, Chitose should just solve the issues of her sempai and go give her childhood friend a chance. Too bad this almost never goes like this, plus both Rikako and Chitose have dark hair and if I learned something from yuri is that yuri couples with the same color of hair are not likely to happen.

This is great, I love this original premise.

I would've expected Hayate to pull out a camera the moment she entered the room. Also it's kind of not fair for Nanoha and Fate to compete against regular parents.

This manga is basically a yuri harem now, can't say I expected that when reading the first half of the manga.

Ameiro's loli NanoFate are so adorable, gotta love how smoothly Nanoha made her moves on Fate and how cute she looked in her witch costume.
