That's how the Manga ends, Rin gets hit by a car and dies, the next chapter is a really angsty tragic chapter and then that's it.

Then, you remember this manga have already 4 volumes (kinda, the 4th one release this month iirc), but it's really dangerous, I didn't like that last page...

Remember that on some level she was still telling herself that her little sister actually had a boyfriend (as ridiculous as that was) that she was getting in the way of with her desires. So she thought she was making a sacrifice to make her sister happy.

Humu, I guess it's one way to see this...
Particularly, my thoughts are basically the same of Nez's, besides, I think it's a bit early to make conclusions, since the guess that this last chapter would be the Onee-chan's point of view of the past didn't happen, so, even if it turns out not to be the best reason, I don't think Mochi would just make a character plain insensible.

Edit: Also, I just went to check "Pranking the Pranker", same as here, Kana is the only one not sporting an amused-and-or-smiling expression when the three of them bully someone, could it be she is only there to grab potential yuri scenes, and does not partake in the actual badmouthing of other people?

Idk about grabbing yuri scenes, but I do definitely believe she's not into the bullying. Maybe she has an actual serious reason, for good or bad, to hang around with them.

My guess for now is that they are childhood friends, and while her friends turned into bullies over time for some reason, she just wanted to be with them even so... but then we'd have the question of why she don't try to stop them... I can't be sure, but it seems to me that Hazuki-san don't really want a relationship with anyone (at least for now), rather, she just want to look at the cute girls she have around her (and tease them from time to time I guess). . . . I think I have more motives to think this, but right now I just remember the chapter 29 (even more the OVA), that at the onsen, instead of approaching the group, she choose to just keep her space/distance and look them from afar... I can be wrong of course (since, if you just look from another angle, it might seem pretty lonely), but whatever is her reason for that, I don't think she want a relationship for now.

Also, Hazuki-san is my favorite character in this manga.

Seeing the title, I almost thought that it was the 2nd chapter again but different in some way (like the OPM manga that sometimes rerelease a chapter with some changes). But regarding the chapter itself, it was very good, looks like many people got a little upset with the 1st chapter case, but I'm actually glad to be able to see this development.
