me too i like how people get to interpret the story and what might happen :3 as some one that likes to take ideas from stories and add my own twist to it or make it an different story, so i like that kind of thinking were, how , who, when, and other stuff at trying to predict were the story might go :3

wtf? i just read chapter 28 and this is the level of BS people has to read all thous 28 chapters??? UGH, i remember looking at MAL page abd this goes on for 43 chapters….W.T.F? at this point this is one of thous manga that has comedy for all 42 chapters ONLY at the last chapter to then getting together or some BS

how come they stop writing letters for 2 years? I would have thought that, since there is some form of love between them, they should have keep on writing to each other especially one of them is overseas, also, there is telephone and email. Or face time. They are close to indirect confession.

Too add to the explanations, it's a LINE manga, ie, it's published mainly for mobile.

The chapters are short, to adapt to the fast paced reading of mobiles users, on their way to school for example.

These 5 chapters, in a "normal" manga, would amount to about 2 chapters and half.

In Japan, the release schedule was much faster (maybe a ch per week), so reader engagement was probably higher, but I don't have that kind of time (releasing the green manga every week is already kind of difficult).

Anyway, there's a pay off later and there are several other couples that have yet to appear. It's definitely a yuri manga.

This explains the weird pacing. I don't think I can stick to something with pacing that doesn't match it's potential release schedule. Maybe if another group picks it up.

The format is what might be causing problems for some IMO. It just doesn't make for a nice continuous plot progression, you have to come to terms with this being a very episodic slice of life thing about realistic teenagers growing up and figuring stuff out. I'm quite happy with it, but I get why it might be frustrating for a lot of people.

Personally, I don't get the complaining. We're up to chapter 56, they've had 56 chapters to get used to the format, but they've just been complaining the whole time. It's classic: I don't like this kind of story, but I'm reading it anyway so I can tell everyone I hate it every chapter.

I also take issue with people's ideas of what "progress" is. It was always so frustrating to see people complain about a lack of "progress" in Komi-San because people equate romance to progress. No, that's not the only way a story and the relationships between characters can progress. Mitsuki and Aya are getting closer every chapter, they're deepening their bond and they're understanding each other and the world around them better. That is progress. It doesn't need to be romantic, no matter Aya's feelings.

so what you wanna say, is that this is good in YOUR EYES so other can buzz off with complaining?? ah funny no one ask to make YOUR definition of progress the universal one, you might not see this as an flaw of the manga but others have as much truth to their words as you self proclaim that we complain for nothing

This manga feels like it has potential but at the same time feels so empty/rushed, with a lot of ideas but none of them actually developed or executed right, I don't know man

Well it's passed 100 chapters and going, so it's developing it's story with some purpose. What ideas feel undeveloped so far? I feel like their dynamic is pretty clear, there's a lot not said but what's not said seems intentional so far.

wait, a 100 CHAPTERS?? gee looks like i’m gonna be here for the comments only until it reaches 50 chapters to read the comments and see if it the manga was more interesting that the comments we will get XD because at only 5 chapters the comments are something to read.

Man that confession felt like it took way too long and was dragging the story. The lack of communication was starting to kill me. Overall a pretty sweet confession, tho.

TRUE! like it was cute the first 15 chapters about them being like an marriage couples and such, but the story did start to drag out the inevitable romantic confession.

Ruriko slaps her after the kiss and is surprised that Kurumi apologizes. Also that uh laughter on pages 102 and 103 doesn't really look like laughter.
In general, the past few chapters were awful. I get why they were there, but we took a fun date turned it into a drama, and then resolved it in the most hand-waving way possible. If it was that easy why even make it a 3 chapter chore to go through?

Absolutely hilarious, I don't even know what to say, is constantly antagonizing your crush and friends how kids flirt nowdays, is she not gonna apologize for all the times she acted like an asshole. Am I missing something? Did I just miss the chapters where shiho has actual development.

at this point I'm pretty sure it's all in Haruki's head, since she's slowly wrapping up everything about Sakura in her life (visiting her parents after so long, tidying up her work corner, finishing the diary), or that's how I see it at least

That's the most logical conclusion, but I can't shake the feeling that now that TWO people have seen Sakura out of the corner of their eye there's something more going on. Yes, it could just be the moment of reminiscence bringing up memories, especially since both were locations they all were together with Sakura. I'm still feeling that something being off. I can't tell what, but it's more than just ghost vs delusion.

When anyone reminisces about someone else, they kind of see that person flash by. Especially if they're talking to someone else that also knew that person.

There's nothing in this story to indicate that supernatural would play a serious role. At most, you'll have some kind of ambiguity at the end, as to whether she's a spirit that came to give her beloved a push on her back, or just a long internal process that is finally approaching its end.

Also, that possibly can't be the most interesting thing to think about this series? It's such a trivial thing to focus on, when you have something so characterization-rich as this on the platter.
