I seem to have found two artists who are erroneously listed as a pairing: Tanxi Mei Piqi and Kou (xxksks53). Both with only one entry to their name respectively.

Isn't this Pairing rather an Author/Artists?

I mean, I wish the two the best, both lore wise and in avoiding banlist hits, but when it comes to "What a terrible night to have a curse"-Konami, I believe the urge to print a corrupted Secret Rare final form of Labrynth outweighs any tendencies towards a neat fairy tale ending.

nah they'll be fine and kept alive, this isn't another massive storyline like Duel Terminal or World Legacy

I wouldn't be be suprised if Labrynth, Adventure, G E N D E R and Runic all end up being in a shared universe (the last two already are), considering they're all very video game-y. Even without that, the lore of isolated archetypes can be cruel and often tragic (Kozmo, Visa's lore, Jigabyte's, Dog Marron's, etc.) too. I haven't caught up on the Sky Striker Manga yet, but you have to admit that Roze doesn't looks to healthy in Linkage...

Also I don't recall the Credits page being there upon my first read, but ... is there any reason Arias is referred to as a she?

Well, it is an archetype in the card game, not in anyway relevant to the manga/anime. And whilst the yuri is confirmed through secondary media (unlike other card games, Yu-Gi-Oh! has no flavour texts on most cards), chances are there is still something to come, as the Valuable Book EX 3 ended on a "To be continued" (and there is atleast one card that is still to be released) so the doujins don't have much to work with yet. Also, YGO lore has the tendency to corrupt, maim or kill love interests, sometimes even multiple times.

Then again, the explicit comparison of Koto and Aya to Orihime and Hikoboshi [...] suggests that it will. Maybe we'll get some more time travel shenanigans to resolve this? On the other hand, the title of the manga is How to Break a Triangle, so Erika will presumably play a large role in the story as well, as something more than just "the friend with a crush on the MC who loses." Impossible to say right now, the manga is deliberately avoiding common storytelling conventions.

Well, If we rule out the age gap theory, the triangle has already been successfully broken. Perhaps it's Aya returning to be the spirit guide for Erika/Koto to find love in each other? Though I'm not sure if being so dense that your childhood friend returns from the dead to go "Kiss, you dummies!" really suits the tone so far...
