People who have read the LN, there’s enough material for them to support this route, the Yuri fans obviously are rooting for it, and the collection of people who want something different ending pairing from these kinds of anime, the route which most people think the author would settle for the childhood fiancée/sweetheart/bad boy setting. I don’t really see much chemistry between Katarina and Geodude anyways, there’s been more chemistry between her and Nico and her and Maria, which I don’t mind really if that’s how it ends and they seem to be the top contenders from fans who don’t want the geodude ending.

^^ it’s not just that too, I believe another reason she explained why she graduated because of this is it’s happened more than once and it put her in an unexplained hiatus which she didn’t want to worry us every time she has to resolve this issue with the police.

The worst thing is I doubt in Lulu’s case, I don’t think she’d truly ever be left alone now that people have stalked her to this extent of tracing her real identity and place. Hopefully she’d be provided with protection by authorities, but I have my doubts really.

I’m pretty sure an amusement park has all that stuff aside from clothes they could buy at the stores. People often get sick there so as long as they call for help or go to a information booth, they’d be able to provide that and some help, but it’s a nonetheless sweet gesture.

I mean it’s a very real thing that happens, some people can get over the death of a loved one in a short period, but some take longer, and there also people who live their entire lives never getting over this kind of grief and despair, and unfortunately there are also people who end their lives due to not being able to recover from their pain and loss. In their minds, it’s understandable that they have trouble communicating, because some part of me thinks they both have an innate fear of losing each other also, especially Shino. Shino’s already lost her entire family, she probably internally thinks it’s likely to lose Nozomi too either to another accident or an intentional separation. Nozomi also struggles because she herself is unable to manage her own grief so having to face Shino’s grief probably makes her feel worse than it should since she’s unable to provide that support she feels she should be able to.

As much as I like AsuTomo, she’s kind of being a mom friend to Tomoko most of the times so I’m really curious if she’d ever go on full gay offense mode if the author adds a road block like some dude tries to hit on Tomoko or someone like Miho snags Tomoko’s first kiss or something, the same goes for the others too.

You just answered your question. Whatever her reasons, I doubt whatever she is doing at night would be approved by the school's public morals. And yet, she's still rude and inflexible in her own enforcement of such rules: they're good for the others, but not for her. The fact she's also established to be some rich kid who doesn't even need to work just adds insult to injury, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that in Japan, like the rest of the world, rules don't apply to rich people as they do to us, mere mortals.

Ngl, you kind of sound angrier that Reiko is supposed to be a rich kid with a bad attitude, and is using her bad attitude as a justification for shitting on her as being rich more than anything else. Is she super arrogant, yes. But is it misplaced, not exactly, she did still earn that #1 spot with all her extracurriculars going on. Her attitude needs to be toned down that’s all and needs to humble enough to recognized as confident rather than arrogant. Not to mention you make it sound as if being “the rich kid that doesn’t even have to work” she isn’t allowed to have her own problems, and we only know that “fact” through rumors so it might not even true at all or her family’s business is actually going under. I’d also like to point out when you mention about Reiko being inflexible with the rules, in that same scene we see Reiko lecturing Serina about the school rules, Serina is also being a complete dumbass and just as inflexible too because like Reiko points out if it’s so hot why is she wearing a cardigan in the first place, taking off that cardigan would do more to cool her off than raising her skirt, but she didn’t even have a good reason in the first place. For all we know Serina probably did that on purpose and those are just finding ways to always butt heads like that to get on each other’s nerves.

I mean but if you want to keep shitting on Reiko for those reasons, I can shit on Serina for being dumb and naive enough thinking she deserves #1 to resort to getting it through blackmail just because she’s in a tight situation, when Reiko who’s juggling several different kinds of priorities and extracurricular is able to earn that spot on her own. Whether or not Reiko is rich, it doesn’t mean she’s undeserving of #1 if she worked hard for it, why should she have to back down from the spot she earned because someone decides to guilt trip her or blackmail her. Both these characters are dumb, not to mention both are unlikeable to a certain extent. It’s just that people know more about Serina’s issues and finds her relatable enough so she gets the sympathy vote since we don’t know enough about Reiko or her deal yet, and from the looks of it, people don’t seem to really care to know because they’ve already up their mind about Reiko without hearing her side of the story or even knowing who she is.

It’s really nice that Aoi was able to break the cycle of suffering papillio demons and brides, but now the question is are the brides immortal too??? What happens to the brides when their partner goes into chrysalis, do they just die naturally too or do they die from withdrawals until the time the demon blooms. So many questions, but at least there’s a happy ending

Ah, the pairings that should’ve been canon but never was. Still upset that I couldn’t get Ingrid together with Dorothea or Byleth for that matter.

My money is she knows that Serina is going to lose her scholarship, hence why she’s sleeping with women, for probably money. And I bet the reason why she can’t let herself be #2 to help Serina out is just a simple and not-complicated demand by her parents or something so she just helps her by giving money. She probably also likes her to which is why she picks on her, probably just doesn’t know how to talk to her either.

Honestly, they’re both kind of dumb really despite being the top 2, which goes to show book smart /= street smarts, because one of them should’ve been a little more careful if she was going to work that kind of job, and also she really needs to tone down the arrogance, yeah she’s talented but she’s gonna fall hard when she meets someone even better, and the other one probably should’ve prepared for her plan backfiring or some sort of pushback from the other person, and also that blackmailing Reiko in order to win is just admitting that she isn’t as good at Reiko, who I think we should admire for her time management skills at the very least, #1 student, student council and disciplinary member, and a club helper and she still has the time to be a part time love machine.

I would definitely pay for a spin-off about Yukari and Haruhi’s developing relationship, they’re quite the duo of dumbassess that I’m sure their antics would get me laughing or embarrassed most of the time

I mean, this narrative is a variant of "The Weaver and the Cowherd", which is like THE Asian love story. You can find versions of it in China, both N. and S.Korea and Japan. You might also heard of it through the stars Vega and Altair. Like Romeo and Juliet, just with concept of eternal reincarnation added, so the lovers are connected again and then immediately taken apart. Rinse and repeat forever.

Where it comes to yuri, Kannazuki no Miko and its spin-offs / AU's also use this same concept.

Only difference here is that their time of almost complete separation is finally over, as the curse will be finally lifted.

That's already awfully happy conclusion, to be honest, considering the circumstances. Maybe the author didn't think eternal separation with brief meetings was that romantic of a concept after all, and agrees more with you than you seem to think.

I mean we should also point out that whenever they feel in love and they ended with a tragedy it was never intentional. Iris never intended to kill Sara nor Mizuki or Sara try to get herself killed, Iris and Mizuki never knew that Mizuki drinking her blood would kill her, nor did Iris know about what happened to brides. They did actually love a each without the knowledge of their previous lives, and the Sensei even said it was unnatural for a papillae demon (idk if that’s how it’s spelled but I’m rolling with it) to remember their past lives. It was never really either one’s fault because even if they’ve lived multiple lives and several reincarnation, they’re basically born anew every time so it’s not like they just pick up where they left off from the last life

Will her friend Rina also get lucky and get to date their other friend Kaho, at least Mio is making some progress with Sarasa.

I didn’t expect that they would really kill her off like that, I thought they would follow the same route as Aoi, but nah, she dead. I wonder if the cycle will just continuously and perpetually repeat itself because an even crueler fate than I first thought it would be.

A story of two people who cursed themselves by falling in love when they weren’t supposed to, and if that separation wasn’t already tragic, they became fated to be reunited fall in love and then ripped apart once again, potentially until the end of time. Even if Iris does lose her memories at her birth, there’ll always be some part of her that remembers. I wonder if it would be an act of kindness to let the cycle end entirely, or let them go through an infinite number of reincarnations of falling in love only to lose the each other.
