Starvation diets are either gonna end with an eating disorder or you getting fatter in the long run, don't do em kids.

Intermittent fasting is pretty harmless, but if you have the money just see a nutritionist and set something up with your goals in mind. If not, it's just calories in and calories out, no need to try to optimize it with fad diets. Eat more salads. Commit to getting 18,000 steps a day.

I do still wonder if either the being sickly thing is just a trope or Japan suffers from widespread malnutrition. Unless something else is wrong, people don't usually pass out from not eating a meal or two.

I'd recommend it, and hey, if hand-holding is what you're in for, it has two of the most epic hand-holding scenes in yuri. My only warning is that the main couple is kinda meh.

There's always a message that tells "You like that ship? Watch the anime" and at this point I don't know why I am refusing to do it. I am addicted to this ship lol

Personally, my reason is that I just get frustrated watching series that are clearly yuri baiting but won't commit. Better to just read the fan works in that case.

this is only my opinion but i think starlight definitely goes beyond yuri-baiting, even if the couples might not ever actually kiss on screen.

seriously, it's one of my all time favourite animes and i think anyone skipping it is really missing out.

I agree with you here. Someone might not be able to classify this as "yuri" the way they would for obvious romances like Bloom Into You or Citrus, but it's every bit as defining and in the yuri canon as Utena and Madoka (unless the above is the kind of person who wouldn't watch Madoka because it's just yuri bait. And I mean, damn, Claudine and Maya get symbolically, and practically literally, married in the movie.) Plus, the series is worth it because it means you get to watch the movie! What a treat

Plus it's a Trigger anime full of homages to classic animation (the ova and manga oneshot double down on them too), which is grounds for watching right there. Personally, if I want yuri I don't really get the appeal of trying to find it in non-yuri series. But bring on the fics and doujinshi!!

Man this kept changing the plot and it was wild. It's ghost girl yuri story! Actually she's a tulpa! And it's a more traditional story but the girl's tulpa shows her true emotions!

Just a heads up for later chapters, though it might not even come up, but "graffiti" is also the plural form of the word so there is no word "graffitis." It's more that it's a mass noun and doesn't have a singular form, so it is always "graffiti" and never singular like "a graffiti"
