I know Homu top cuts the faint-hearted haters of dark-haired female characters like the end of Rebellion, but you have to perform some really twisted psychosis level self-deluding to make yourself believe that there is any other way to realistically portray Mado/Homu.
The only places where I have seen it any different is in the cotton-candy fantasies of doujinshi's who hate Homaru.

I guess it would depend a bit on how you think of an antagonist. She realizes that she's a curse and continues to carry out her agenda, which in the grand scheme of things cause the extinction of the human race. in a sexy roundabout way but still.

There is drama, but it's extremely slow and drawn out between chapters, so the manga isn't a dramatic manga.

I'd say there's nothing wrong with dark stories, but to pull off ntr+including men in yuri you need to be at least as good as Kodama Naoko (even then I almost dropped the author after reading netzusou trap). As in, it can work for a great story that requires such themes, but starting from the decision to include them cannot be a good idea. In this one-shot, the world MC creates is one where a huge amount of women have to go trough some of the most painfull imaginable experiences. In short, I heavily disagree with everything Izusu stands for
