Honestly I'm fine with leaving it here, I have no idea how this would transition into comedy.

@BlueBerry In the finale, Bubblegum is (seemingly) crushed by a giant monster and Marceline thinks she died. They kiss each other after Marceline tears it apart and finds that Bubblegum is still alive. You can tell this is from that scene due to their torn clothes and injuries.

Bubbline being canon is amazing, I squee'd so much when I saw their kiss in the finale (despite having spoiled myself already). I love how it was implied that they'd been dating for a while now, with Finn saying to Marceline's dad that she's (probably) dating someone and how comfortable they were kissing.

Also, here's what Adam Muto, one of the creators of the show, had to say about their relationship in an interview:

Marceline and Princess Bubblegum’s relationship was one of the most meaningful parts of the show, in terms of representation. What does the positive reaction to their pairing mean to you, and how did it influence their beautiful ending?

It felt like that was another question. It is set up enough by now that it needs a conclusion to feel satisfying. We can’t say what their life will be like from then on forever, but we can show where their relationship is now as opposed to where it was a couple years ago. Marceline is the adolescent forever, and Princess Bubblegum is the workaholic who doesn’t have anything outside of that.

Being on Cartoon Network, alongside shows like Steven Universe, I do think that we felt like we could do more than we could have back then. Rebecca [Sugar, who created Steven Universe,] really did so much of the heavy lifting that I feel weird even talking about that too much.

It was something that is important. When it showed up in the storyboards, it made sense. You just have to do it enough so that it’s not a new story, and then it will just be something that happens. Hopefully it’s not important in that way. Hopefully it’s not something that we even need to comment on, even.

I took that last part as in "We Ship-Teased them so much that this shouldn't really be much of a surprise", which I liked. The past few seasons had Marceline and Bubblegum get really close, so them dating didn't feel like it came out of nowhere.

Hmm, I'm normally fine with one-shots but this was too short even for me. I can see what the artist was going for, but there wasn't enough interaction between the couple to really get into it.

Also, in case anyone was confused this was about the Kuchisake-onna, a Japanese urban legend about a woman with a slit mouth. Although this lady here seems to be a different Kuchisake-onna from the one in the legend - probably why she said she'd try "To copy a popular thing Senpai once did".

Oh my, this was very sweet. Much sweeter than I expected, in fact. I've never actually watched or read Cardcaptor Sakura, but I did read a Meiling x Tomoyo fanfic some months ago on AO3, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a doujin for them pop up here.

In case anyone's wondering, the fanfic is called "all the broken hearts in the world still beat", it was pretty short but I liked it. Plus the premise of the two of them bonding over broken hearts is similar to this doujin's.

Also, looking at the artist's Pixiv it seems that they made another Meiling x Tomoyo doujin, though I'm unsure if its a sequel or not.

I really like the complete 180 degree tone shift, I really wasn't expecting that ending the first time I read this.

Mugetsu and Gengetsu are the two Extra-stage bosses from the Touhou game Lotus Land Story, which was notable for introducing Kazami Yuuka. They're also sisters.

I just now read chapter 140, and wow that was more gay than I expected. Asuka is great.

It's nice timing, what with the Prisma Illya event currently going on with FGO. Also, looking at Pixiv it's kinda sad how little Illya x Miyu fanart there is...

While this is Mugetsu and not Gengetsu being the aggressor, this kinda reminds me of that old "Gengetsu Rape Time" joke. Via the Touhou Wiki:

Gengetsu is believed to be one of the hardest bosses in the entire series, which is sometimes combined with Mugetsu. Wow, this is surprisingly pure, all things considered. I especially love that Asuka's blushing really heavily here too - usually it's just Tomoko that's infatuated with her.

Looking at this artist's Pixiv, they made a whole bunch of Asuka x Mari stuff that never got scanlated in case anyone is interested. The group that did this one said they would do more of them in their release post, but they seem to have disappeared right after releasing this one, sadly.

I'm glad Kogasa x Sekibanki is a fairly popular ship despite them not actually interacting in canon - at least, not that I can remember.

This is actually like the fourth spongebob image on Dynasty, which is kind of amazing. It’s also the most depressing one.

Context: In the Kantai Collection anime, Kisaragi sinks - aka dies for real. While this led to a few jokes about her ending up in Bikini Bottom - ie deep underwater - this image was a slightly more serious and sad take on that.

As for the other Spongebob images, this is the first, this is the second, and this is the third. I might be missing some, though. Also, Spongebob Squarepants tag when?

Yuu appears too infrequently IMO to be considered a "main" choice, although Asuka's a good dark horse. And of course there's poor Uchi as well.

Yes, I'm so glad there's more Mako x Saori here! And this doujin was particularly cute too! It's everything I could have hoped for, really.

RIP Nemo. Come to think of it, how do she and Tomoko refer to each other again?
