For the record, the Japanese title actually reads おっぱいいっぱいの幸せ. Not sure how to translate it, but my educated guess is "Big Boobs Full of Happiness".

It would be more like "The Joy of Full Breasts" or "The Joy of a Life Filled With Breasts" (with the dual-implications an intentional joke).

Arrrrgh, so close - just needed a few nice NSFW breast worship pages to be a home-run for me. ;_; And Tamamushi does NSFW stuff, too! Really feels incomplete without them.

Eventually someone will get it; I don't ask for that much. :p

I'm in the US, I have AT&T gigabit for my desktop/wifi connections and Verizon for 4G LTE on an iPhone 7. Both experience the same issue.

And regardless of whether the current files load fast enough for some, isn't the question of whether the site should be serving up such huge files to phones worth exploring? Again, the "resized" version is just the full version downloaded and fit to screen by the browser. Some of those images are as large as 5 MB each. It just seems silly to have to download the massive full file to show on a very small screen for just a second. Most people don't have unlimited phone data, and I'm sure the cost adds up for the bandwidth to serve them too.

Lately the scan sizes have gotten pretty out of hand, IMO. I dont know why you'd need scans that huge on a desktop but its definitely murder on mobile devices. Even on wifi each page loads at what seems like dial-up speeds and that can't be good for your bandwidth to serve such huge files that, lets face it, 90% of users are going to look at for a few seconds and click next.

Anyway, thats my long-winded way of asking if we can improve this - maybe keep the gargantuan resolution files to the chapter downloads, or have the resize button pull a smaller version of the file instead of DLing the whole thing and having the browser do the resize?

A doujin where they show (bloody) fingering, but not nipples... seems like a strange choice but there it is.

Another yuri h-doujin with lactation, but no breast sucking. Why do you torment me, smutty manga authors? ;_;

I sent an email to DrMario to see what's up. I'm one of the people who had been working on the past couple of volumes with him as editor/proofreader. He did the heavy lifting of scanning, cleaning, translating, etc, and did a fantastic job. If he's tapping out, he may at least be willing to pass on the torch formally and point you to good raws and some tools and tricks for cleanup, as well as fonts etc.

Myself, I am available to continue to help if needed. I have the originals and I do read Japanese.

On the second to last page (not including credits), bottom left corner... are those glowing eyes? If so, that adds a weird element to an otherwise great sex story.

I'm still waiting for the artist who can draw big breasts and have them be consistently the same size in every frame. This is closer than most but still they vary quite a bit.

Also, what does that Akane-ne thing mean anyway? Is it like a Ayaya thing? From what I recall, it's like a personal pronoun or something, but I don't really know.

It's basically a wordplay joke. Akane is ending her sentence with the particle "ne," which is a construction that usually is meant to seek the agreement/affirmation of the person spoken to. I dunno if in her case it's one of those obtrusive speech affectations that anime/manga creators often give their characters and she uses it after every sentence, but at least when she uses it after her name it sounds like she's saying her name is "Akanene." Then she refers to herself as "nee-san," so Nonoka builds on the joke and calls her "Akanene-nee-san." Like an Abbott and Costello routine.

The disjointed pacing and abrupt progression bugged me a bit too, but could be good.

800 yen per gram for the beef, though? That's like $3000 per pound. Translation error maybe? Meat in Japanese supermarkets is usually priced per 100g, (which $30/lb would be more realistic).

Also, on p.4 Shou-chan calls her "Nonohana-senpai" but the rest of the book it's translated as "Nonomiya" so I'm guessing that's a mistake?

That explains why you worship jps so much. Go read raws then instead of wasting time on inferior translations since you clearly don't need them. We don't need people who try to be smug about their knowledge here.

I wasn't gonna bother replying to this, much like I didn't reply to your previous wall of text (since I was talking to Stan, who was/is more than capable of making his own point even if I don't agree with it). But it's just too absurd not to.

Really? You've concluded I "worship" a nationality because I made a comment about a tiny translation choice in a forgettable ecchi manga? (Nice job with the almost-slur there too.)

"We?" So you speak for the site administrators and everyone here, that offering translation criticism is "smug" and has no place here?

I never said anything or anyone was inferior. I have read bad translations. Very bad ones. And good ones. I read them because reading raws (which I do as well for some things) is obviously more difficult than in my native language. It's convenient and I appreciate the effort the translation teams have gone through. I happen to think Stan does overall a pretty good job, but that's beside the point. Putting someone down for not being perfect at something they are doing for fun and for free is uncalled for and I wouldn't do that. But if you can't graciously receive (or watch others receive) constructive criticism you're gonna have issues in more than just your manga hobby.

You know, just ask anyone you know who know Japanese, or just people on this site, see how they would translate and read that. Cause apparently, you aren't willing to understand what I'm saying at all. I'm done trying to explain.

And thanks for reading and liking the stuff I do.

I have a degree in Japanese from a good university. I have studied the language for 18 years now, and studied in Japan for a year in college. I don't need to ask anyone, I know what is correct per my education. We clearly disagree. I dunno why you're being a dick about it, but I wasn't trying to be.

I'll say it again, NEEKO is a combination of ニート (NEET) and 子(ko). NEET is spelled Niito in Japanese. Her nickname being like that is a reference to her being a NEET.
Besides, anyone who knows how NEET is read, both in English and Japanese, will read her name exactly the same way it is written in Japanese, Nii-ko, hence ニー子. Nobody will read it as ネー子.

I'll say it again, you're romanizing the Japanese pronunciation of an English loan word, and as such it should be done (IMO) phonetically, not trying to mimic the original acronym. If you wanted to do that you should do it as NEE-ko, which would be distracting. The joke doesn't work in translation so it's better to just write the name pronouncably correct.

I disagree with your translation choice here. But I do thank you for all the cool stuff you translate, it's a lot of work I know.

Her NICKNAME is a combination of ニート (NEET) and 子(ko: child/girl) = ニー子 (Neeko). Her real name, as seen on the cover, is 新戸眠子 (Niito Nemuko).

Read more carefully before making accusations, please.

Whether or not it's her nickname, "ニー子" would not be romanized as "Neeko." I don't think I need to explain to you why. ニ is always "ni," phonetically and in all of the accepted transliteration systems. Anyone with any familiarity with reading Japanese names would read "Neeko" as the same sound as "ネー子", onee-san, etc.

It's not an accusation, it's a statement of fact.

This doesn't look like it necessarily merits the most careful of translations, but based on the cover page her name should be "Niiko". "Neeko" would be ネー子

Far be it from me to expect realism in my dumb ecchi fanservice manga, but the author seems to need a crash course in bra size mathematics. ><;

Aimi's math actually works out (28" band, 35.5" bust = 28G or 28H), although that ribcage measurement is like, impossibly thin. But Yumi is just.... 62cm is a 24in. band. That is... toothpick. Skeletal toothpick. And, technically, with a 70cm bust that makes a difference of 3-4", which translates to a 24C or 24D (if those even exist), not AA.

I will also second the disappointment (?) of whoever pointed out that the "huge bust" girl isn't really drawn as that busty save one or two shots. It's something I've noticed very commonly in yuri manga and hentai; the characters that get the "busty" label are usually not really drawn very big at all (only a problem if you're a big bust fan like me, I guess :p).

I think (at least, I hope) that part of the disconnect that some people are having with not being able to see the "creepy" factor here is the layer of remove that the manga format adds. We are all at this point more or less accustomed/desensitized to the pantheon of characters who are stated to be the "magic" age of 14-15 and yet are drawn with the curves and poise of full-grown adults (speaking of women here but it applies to the men too sometimes). All the 14-year-olds should be creepy to us too, but we're used to it and the art either doesn't reflect their age or the stylization makes it easy to look past.

In this case, the younger sister isn't drawn appreciably differently so you could overlook the 6th grade line and not see anything wrong. However, try to think if this were a live action TV show. Would you be comfortable watching a 16-18 year old pin down and kiss a 10-12 year old? Do you remember what it was like to be 10-12? Everyone's different, I know, but I can say I had zero interest in girls or understanding of sexual desire at all until about 14. Moreover, have you seen a 10-12 year old (or even 14-15) recently? I looked at some old yearbooks awhile back and I could not believe how awkward and gangly all the people I thought were so mature at the time actually looked. They're just slightly taller kids.

If you have particular fetishes and fantasies that make this stuff appealing to you, well, that's your deal and manga will always have that demo. But you can't rationally not see how for most people this is stretching too far into loli territory.

I always thought the "symbol" or whatever for this scanlation group was oddly fascist-looking. I had figured it came out of one of those dumb military-stuff-as-moe-girls games, but I guess it's a bit worse than that.

I don't think the page is especially offensive other than, again, the vague quasi-fascism of it all, given that "ubermensch" is a non-pejorative term that many other mainstream works of entertainment have used because of its ability to shorthand convey a particular way of thinking. I guess the danger of it is if it's the beginning of a "boil the frog" (pun kind of intended) way of sneaking progressively worse stuff in.

What's more bothersome is DS deciding to keep it because the scanlator "threatened" to remove their material. To which I say - so what? Either keep everything if you think the credit page is acceptable, or ship it all off if it's not. What the scanlators want shouldn't enter into the decision unless they're paying the bills. (And since I'm not either, I guess the same goes for me, but...)

"He has the best words"

this manga is so goodful

Glimpse into how the sausage gets made: this was the result of Dr. Mario and me collaborating on how to deal with the original joke, which had the first character using the English words "fast" and "slow" in a Japanese sentence and the second wondering in amazement if he is bilingual.

Glad we were successful in making it similar and still funny in English. :p

Okabe goes Rin

I saw no tracksuit. Unless we're talking about different Rins, but i certainly see no reason for that. :p

This has stealth become one of my favorite works, i just wish the author would take the plunge and draw a full story. At least a 30 page doujin. TAKE MY MONEY. :O

Meh, I'm on the "dud train" with this one too. For as long as it is, so very little happens, especially compared to the usual Mochi stories. I don't think the length added anything to some pretty one-dimensional characters. She rolled out all the tired old tropes here - the "should two girls be doing this," the "what are these feels?, " the "I'm ok if you'll have me," etc. And the yuri at the end is kinda perfunctory and robotic. It's not clear at all why the kouhai should be attracted to the senpai, since as far as we can tell her only redeeming quality is that she shows up to practice.

All that aside, even if she can't stand up for herself face to face, since it's the first years' responsibility to clean up can't she just drop the mop, walk out, and let them take the heat? And more than that, isn't Tsukioka a first year, so shouldn't she have had to clean up anyway and is not exactly doing a special favor by helping?
