The most common, as far as I'm aware, are the words ojou-sama (f) and goshujin-sama (m), which mean mistress/master, although not limited to BDSM. They are general terms for a servant to address their mistress/master, and also used as a respectful way to address or mention someone of a certain household (e.g. "The Smith family's ojou-sama").
The English loan word masutaa (master) also exists, and is used gender-neutrally, but is not very common, as it is mostly used for an "exotic" tone.
