One of my first and favorite yuri stories of all time. This series holds a special place in my heart, especially since it's one of the few with a happy ending,

I read it at the same time as "Is My Hobby Weird?" which is another fetish-themed series. They have many points in common. (And I greatly recommend both!)

i hated that story by the middel they addrd another person to their fetish so they have an 3 way orgy of fetish one that claims to love the butt lover fucks the 3rd wheel and just drop it since i hate anything with harem/poly or 3way orgys

Really, manga writers never do that. In manga the childhood puppy-love romance is always by far the most important thing that happened in your life, remaining in your mind as though it were yesterday and changing your whole subsequent life course and, often, personality. So this is kind of refreshing even if I think it takes a world class ditz to forget THAT hard.

Not remembering that kind of stuff is normal though, isn't it? I certainly "remember" several kids I used to play with from my childhood while at the same time I'm totally unable to recall their faces/name/whatever at all, they're just like amorphous blobs in the back of my mind haha.

Well, but how old were you then and how old are you now? This is not that huge a gap in time as far as I can see. Which is why even though I think the basic approach is "refreshing" it's still kind of silly. I mean, it's bad when your last gasp of plausibility comes from "Well, maybe she doesn't recognize her because she's got the Superman effect going, unrecognizable without glasses."

some one here in another manga pointed out the idea that some yuri manga does the whole “i just like [Name of female MC] because she is [Name of Female MC] not because she is a girl” as being an cope out of the whole gay people exist in japan, weirdly even in yuri manga some author will rather avoid the whole idea of sexuality existing like being an Lesbian and Bisexual and replace it with the not realistic “love doesn’t have gender weird type of thing” to again avoid the whole sexuality idea in an manga that IS about two women falling in love, and one of them might even be bisexual, but let’s wipe it under the rug and call it, “i just happen to fall in love with some one that JUST happen to be female” 0.0

sorry for the wall of text, but once this idea has been brought up it never left my mind and now I’m noticing in other mangas which ain’t that big of a deal any way, since the authors are allowed to not get into the whole sexuality talk in an story and, Japan is Japan for better and for worst >.>

This chapter was gold, gold, pure gold!! Mayoi the lady killer and the interactions between her and the debate club members are just great, it's like seeing two different series interact, like cameos lol

You can give her as many wacky reactions you want, I will never like Kaoru. She's been a trash-human basically this entire manga and no amount of character growth or goofy faces is going to fix that for me.

Thanks so much for the NicoTori! Loved both parts. Interesting way for it to end. I liked how it fit in with Nico's idol ideals, but also kept it hopeful and overall happy. IRL it'd be too painful to keep that sort of relationship limbo for so long though xD

yeah it’a a shity ending, might as well tell her to wait a fucking decade untill she get’s over her idol career

Honestly I stopped reading at volume 7 because this is boring as shit, but the Shiho hate train keeps me coming back to the comments lol

What about that fortuneteller/teacher though? We had a lot of scenes foreshadowing that she had some kind of bad intentions, and that got dropped without even a mention at the end.
I mean I guess you could say she did it to test them or strengthen their relationship, but after her saying stuff like "a bond is most beautiful when it breaks", it really seems like she was supposed to play an antagonistic role.

I want to know what happened with the rival and the golem girl. They foreshadowed that she had real feelings despite not being a living being and that the other witch was starting to have real feelings for her too.

True, I forgot that we did not get a resolution for this plotthread as well. Don't get me wrong, I like the ending we got, but it feels rushed. Looks like sadly, this manga shares the fate of many other yuri series and got axed.
