Just curious if it will end up in a "they should have been open to their parents earlier" way, or in a "parents get btfo because their daughters chose their girlfriends over them".

I wonder if what Mika said will come back later, e.g., in a way of saying that her "fiction yuri" was the idealized version, which Watanabe was actually looking for at first with her obsession, while "real yuri" can take many unexpected shapes, which may seem imperfect, like her relationship with Yoshioka.

I don't know where it's going (and I still think this should go for a Lapis x Natori ending, Diana can find herself some other girl), but it's interesting enough to follow this development.

I want to see Asumi go after Mai and be reunited, and the journey of her meeting different women on the way.

And Asumi's sexual experience not being limited to prostitutes on that journey and until she finds Mai actually enhances the story, showing that she can show love to someone even though she's not "the one".

But Nanao's arc is just so godsdamn looooong. Even though it's interesting in its own right and fits in the rest of the story, this is just way too much time spent on this and I miss Asumi looking for her crush...

Now I expect them to have a perfectly enjoyable talk where they discuss Benika's good points, while the listeners get increasingly awkward about what they're listening to.

Yes and no. If you think about it, she prepared to kill him after he stopped tailing her, and he called Benika when he lost her tail. She might even have specifically waited for the moment his call connected to strike so that he would be most distracted.

If anything, I'm more conflicted about the priest having such great tailing skills -- unless his past justifies those abilities.

I mean, I get that the whole premise is Hiroko misunderstanding Ayaka. I just wish it was done either with some comedy or had a more serious characterization of why she's so intent on seeing Ayaka as straight.

Quite a short story, but that's okay, and I don't think it would have benefited this manga to drag things on. And getting a full fluffy chapter as a conclusion was really cool.

This feels like a mix of comedy and tragedy - because seeing her that much in denial isn't very humorous anymore. If she's been hurt to the point that she must find a different interpretation of all the signs she's getting, I feel bad for them both. If we're supposed to laugh at her denial... it kinda misses the mark for me.

I think the plot could work with more comedy (it wouldn't be the first yuri with mutually unrequited love), but as it stands Ayaka seem like a genuine romance character doing her best, only to be turned down in a way that's actually quite sad.

"Let's not antagonize the very skilled killer." I do appreciate that the agency people seem to be smart with that. The superiors turning against someone and making them an enemy for poor reason is a bit too common trope for my tastes.

I hope we'll get a bit more of Benika's point of view. Rose and the priest had all the attention so far, but it would be nice to see what Rose is fighting for.
