This series feels really unfocused

Everyone has light colored long hair so I keep getting confused on who’s who.

This is Arata Iri's biggest flaw. Too big of a cast, not long enough to explore the characters properly, and they just squeeze everything in. I feel like this series is much better than their other works tho. They have a ton of talent but need an editor to force them to focus on a smaller cast.

like, the furthest they've done is hugging and kissing but it feels like a hentai

Chapter 15 was excellent. I wonder if this one will need the yuri tag soon <3

Fuck. Pretty intense. The twists and turns in this first chapter alone have me hooked. Looking forward to more. Hopefully it doesn't make me cry too much.

Edit: Wait, nevermind, I read A Period of Bandaged Girls and absolutely hated it, so I should probably bail on this one. Good luck to everyone brave enough to keep up with this.

There’s another mangaka who put a spotlight on the lack of emotional help in Japan… I forgot her name but I own a copy of every manga she published.

I'd like to know who she is, if you're ever able to recall her name.

And considering how MC smoothly says her lines she's definitely a pure breed playgirl.

I feel like she just dumbly lucks into it tho. The way she talked about Kurohime's manga seemed 100% sincere. I dont think she was trying to manipulate her — just being honest.

Rin said she liked her personality too... I wonder if, when she's not being selfish, she's just genuine and nice.

This series is kind of hit or miss with me (the MC is just such a dumbass), but chapter 8 was a definite hit. Chuunibyou mangakas ftw!

You have to appreciate the wackiness.

Not just the zaniness. Many of the juicy scenes are extremely well paced and writiten imo.

I managed to not take forever to get a new chapter out \o/

There has almost always been a punchline at the end of chapters where Ponko seems to be doing something helpful. Like when she brought Gen an umbrella, but forgot the umbrella. This really did feel like the first chapter where Ponko was given a task and she accomplished it cleanly.

[57] Ponko is so precious in this chapter. Her friendship with Yuuna is so wholesome, and she was so excited to be useful.

This chapter made me very happy.

Just picked this series up with chapter 12 and it's super charming. Somehow it slipped by me, and I'm really glad I gave it a shot. Fingers crossed for yuri, but I think I'll enjoy it no matter what. It's rare to see disabled characters written with such respect. I hope that continues.
