I thought the dude was just saying stuff like that because he believed the interest is not mutual and it's bothering the older girl. It's just that he was a tad slower to read the atmosphere and had to be dragged out by the other girl friend. He worked well as a plot device too. lol

They're not! :)

So if we base it on the game's timeline, this manga would be sort of Bronya's backstory or flashbacks. In the game Seele had already died/dissipated into nothingness.

While Wendy is another character that appeared in the game (sort of looks like Seele except her color scheme is Black-Green instead of Seele's Black-Violet). She sort of had the same circumstances (sacrificial pawn) so Bronya got attached to her too and they became friends. Etc.

@FluffyCow: I sure hope so! They wrapped the S1 pretty neatly and it just really gives me the impression that S2 would be all about the Bami Family Arc so idk if they will sort of go back to do that scene cries in a corner

Why are Japanese schools so dumb?

In my previous school (Asia), they also do not allow this. Not so much because of the food but because we're wearing the uniform. If someone messes up while outside AND wearing the uniform, it ruins the school reputation.

So I think the rule suggests that they go home, change into normal clothes, before going back out again.

Why are they sucking the aquarium water? Isn't a pail better suited than that?

Probably to bring up the water, when the hose is full they will release the suspended liquid onto the pail. The aquarium is placed in a higher ground so it will be impossible to get rid of the water unless they are allowed to use a dipper or actually tilt the aquarium.
