I wonder if Hikari pretended to not remember that Moe tried to kiss her, then saw how Moe panicked about it and now with the new gramps, it's a good chance to drop the act of pretending to date. She seems too dump for that, but since this is a yuri story it's not impossible.
There was a hint in that hot springs chapter, where Hikari seemed cheerful but then when Moe found out she called Manager, Moe noted that Hikari was good at hiding that she was sad.

Also I wonder if there's a reason she likes older men, and if that will ever get addressed.

Next thirteen-page chapter set to be released two months from now, please be excited. yay!

Did the author say that? Why? I've seen she released a sneak peak of chapter 33 on twitter

How can she put a sneak peak of Ch.33 when we are at Ch.29 ?

Because there is a fast pass chapters option where you can pay and read 4 chapters ahead of their free release.

One of the strongest chapters so far (well most of them are tbh) but the comedic parts stood out to me. They're incorporated between the serious moments but they still manage to be funny without ruining the importance of the scene.

Best parts: "we can go to all of your favorite gay smut shops"(for a moment I was confused there. I thought she meant a gay bar lol)
"I thought there might be a little cheatin" (the best one lmao)
I actually think they're funnier because they're referring to an awful situation but manage to make it less scary. Kinda like taming it through humor.

I agree too, that the writer seems to project her ex on Seju, then making a saint out of Sumin.
She was even surprised when some people were telling her how Sumin is not a good character.
There's this extreme victim mentality for Sumin, that excuses everything bad she has done and also that she deserves everything good on her even if she is an asshole too.

Hahahha you’re right.
With Alggumba’s answers I was just guessing which parts is real and which is not, since the writer said so, but the whole story doesn’t seem real at all.
Just small matters that one would barely notice and won’t effect anything. Like the black coffee and that

Can you post some of her answers? The black coffee might not seem important for the story, but it actually is a good sign that the writer was self inserting into Sumin. Also a good writer should think of details like that on their own and not just grabbing them from personal experiences. That's so they can develop different types of characters and not end up making the same or similar character in all of their stories. They have to be able to understand different angles.

Well it depends on the "mistake". If it's cheating then it's not just a mistake.
And I can understand why Sumin broke up with Seju after that, but the fact that she kept coming back to her and not letting her move on, as well as her cheating on Sungji but been forgiven is crazy.

Thats where the whole "curse" part of the plot was meant to come in. Both Sumin and Seju should have been able to move on but Sejus uncle/brother/familyfriend/whateverhewasican'tremember's involvement, (the whole torture part) was meant to tie the two of their lives together so they couldn't move on from each other. It just wasn't executed very well in terms of the story.

I think this makes sense from a psychological pov analysis. Because when you get traumatized by something, this will control your life.
That experience was traumatizing for Sumin and I do think it played a role of her finding it difficult to move on. Also how Seju cheated was a bit traumatizing as well.
I still wonder why she didn't go to the police to report him though.

Anyway, besides that, the brother situation still doesn't explain why Sumin cheated on Sungji but she was quickly forgiven instead. Maybe the author sees her as some kind if a martyr? Considering what happened with Seju in their first years together.

Guys the writers is answering questions about the manhwa, she said she started drinking black coffe after 3 weeks of breaking up with her gf!
I look forward to know more about her

Sumin started drinking black coffee because of Seju as well. Interesting... :D

I don't like hot temperatures (then again, I think I never felt real cold)) but I'm to poor to move or buy and maintain an AC. At least when it's not summer it's still hot but not infernal hot.

Well I think you can know if you only experienced both extremes. Both are bad, but to me cold is just worse.
One year during winter I had no heater and I literally felt like the blood in my back was going to freeze. My nails turned purple. Cold feels like someone is stabbing you and then your throat starts getting soar etc. You can also get sick easier. If we have to compare 50C with cold, I'd say it must be at least -20 to -30C.
But yeah, this hot without an AC must be completely hell.

Tell me about it. A temperature of 38 is already too much for me too bare, and my hometown, Podgorica, is hottest town in Montenegro during summers (none of the coastal cities are as hot, and only the neighbouring minor town of Danilovgrad can compare, and both of these towns I mentioned by name are about midway from the coast to the Serbian border!). Thankfully, it's currently winter here, but winters in Podgorica are mostly either grey rainy days, or cold windy days, or some sunny warm-ish days. But when summer hits - it hits us hard. I remember some online news outlet posting that some marathon racers didn't manage to finish because of the sweltering heat of... 23°C... Like shut up British bitch, on summers, my parents put the AC on 23°C or 22°C to cool ourselves down (although, admittedly, I'd prefer it they lowered the AC to a 20°C, because that way it can get cooler faster in the rooms that the AC isn't in).

I meant it the opposite way actually lol. 23 is slightly warm for me haha. I turn the AC on after 29-30. But I'd struggle at 50C. You must hide under something and not move at all. Poor dogs and animals in general. They have it way worse than us during heat. My dog's heart suffered during summer.

I live in Rio and we tend to be really resistant to high hests, this week the thermal sensation was 52 Celsius for 2 days in a row here

Holly mother of....wow. I prefer warm over cold myself, and I can be at 38 Celcius without feeling that bothered, but anything above 45 must be insane. Literally frying eggs outside.

But Harumin has never been intended by Saburouta to end up with Yuzu in the first place. She's not useless as in "useless lesbian". And I also disagree with the idea that she's a useless character (if I'm reading your comment correctly, cuz I feel it's what you are insinuating). By far, Harumi has the sanest, most down-to-earth mind in the story. Like Yuzu, she's an idealist, but not careless. Like, Mei, she's stern but not heartless. She doesn't go for extremes unless there's reason for it i.e helping Yuzu get Mei back (and this part is what she shares with Matsuri. Yet Matsuri is a different level from her. I'm inclined to think Harumin is a pragmatic realist while Matsuri is a rational hedonist).

This comment about Harumin's character is really good. From my perspective, spot on!

Also what are these categories about " pragmatic realist" and "rational hedonist"? It sounds interesting, kinda like the mbti categories. Is there any specific wording I can use to search more about them?

Idk how people think Izumi x Nanaki is a possible endgame. The story has clearly built around Kurokawa x Nanaki since the beginning.

Anyway, despite that fact, it is not entirely impossible if Nanaki considers dating Izumi now. I just got that impression, her saying how Izumi was always nice to her.

You mean Harumin the useless ? Because beside being Matsuri's booty call since Matsuri can't have Yuzu, she don't have done much in the main story beside what ? The bicycle. Yeah i never really like Harumin because she haven't do much and still pretty popular. She is just Mei with emotions.

Lol I don't think you know what a booty call is. And useless? If Harumin is useless then everyone in this story except maybe Yuzu is useless.

That's personal preference...I think Matsuri and Harumi make much more sense and are more realistic as characters and potential couple than Mei The Android and Yuzu The Doormat.

Harumin and Matsuri is also personal preference, because in reality we have never gotten any romantic interaction between them. Comparing them with Yuzu and Mei is not an argument of them making sense, because literally everyone else would make more sense than Yuzu and Mei.

Five years into the Citrus discussions and I still don't get the appeal of Matsuri x Harumin.
I mean, as individual characters they're fine, but there's no chemistry in there at all.
To me it always felt like people wanted gay Harumin, and since Yuzu is out of question, the only available one left is Matsuri.

Also Marsuri stirs things up, which is good for the story, but there's nothing shippable about her. Idk, maybe if the other character was as immature and sneaky as her it would be interesting. Harumin keeps rejecting her, and if they suddenly start having a thing it would feel forced.

So the fact that they’ve sat next to each other for who knows how long sending out wave upon wave of “I need to have sex” vibes means that when they do get together it’s out of sheer hormonal coincidence rather than subconscious mutual attraction.

That’s a thing that might be believed. Or not.

I don't really believe in the telepathy stuff etc, but that's actually an interesting way to interpret their relationship. It actually also makes it deeper than just starting as f buddies. From then on I can project my biased interpretation that they both had a crush/were attracted to each other without realizing it.
I did cringe a bit when she yelled "I want to have sex" in public though. Lol.

Not a big fan of relationships that start of like that (or portraying characters losing their senses to their animalistic instincts), but it's a perspective we don't usually see, so it's interesting to read about it.

Oh nice! Hope we get more than three seasons lol.

I mean, Malori has already explained why she loves Vel. That was because she saved her as a kid. We could still have that but Vel being less like a blushing 13 year old.
Not saying she should be extremely cold, just more conflict-like.
Because right now their relationship doesn't seem as exciting. They almost kissed but people were commenting more about Cerik and Melathia, well.

Season two is over. I guess there is only one season left, because the author referred to it as "middle season". If that's true then I wish it was longer. Also why no author in Webtoon says the date their story will come back? They just say in several months. How am I supposed to keep up with the story and know when it will start again?

Anyway, seems like Vel will have to trim her nails lol. Wish we got a bit more of fanservice.
Also I like Cerik as a character but I want gay Melathia. Like I'm not in a mood for having a major het pairing in a yuri story.

The fact that Malori had always the upperhand in the sense she always get what she want out of Vel is midly annoying.

I think that's similar to my issue with Vel's character. She would be cooler if the author didn't change her so drastically during season one revamp. The story could also be longer if there was more of an actual conflict between Malori and Vel, but also more rewarding when Malori finally got Vel into her side.

MC actually looks worse and worse lol. First the length and then the bleach. Next will be something like shaving a part of her head or the entire of it. I'd be so pissed if a hairdresser cut my hair short without my permission, wonder how she is still allowed to work there.

I don't know about relatable but Baek Seju is sure as hell a sympathetic character that one can't help but take pity upon. She may have been born into a rich family but her siblings are despicable excuse of human beings, hating her for simply being a mistress daughter. Her mother died when she was still very young, so she never had the chance to receive any motherly affection. While her father may cared for her to some extent, he always turned a blind eye whenever she's abused. It's already a miracle enough this girl managed to live through this hatred and loneliness without slitting her wrist or hanging herself.

It wasn't until the day she met Sumin, she found some happiness in her life. Yes, she made a dumb mistake cheating on her ex at the worst time of her life. And nonetheless, she spent 10 years trying to redeem herself over a naive and ultimately vain hope Sumin would get tired of revenge and come back to her for real someday.

That's the reason why I also like her. Not liking her because she is rich is superficial imo. Being rich has not even done her any favors.

lol gotta create an account to say this: some of you seriously need to grow up. The message of this story is to accept the reality and move on from whatever you experienced in the past

Wow, now that you mentioned it I suddenly start liking the story. Thanks for giving us your lights and helping us see the story from a perspective we never thought existed!

Is that well-placed sarcasm?

Yes, because that person thinks people who complain don't already know what this story was supposed to be. I mean, sure you can disagree on why Seju and Sumin endgame would be bad, but telling people that they need to grow up and thinking they only came to that conclusion because they were unable to see the other perspective is just poor taste.

And sure, all the love readers have for Seju, blah blah blah, but for me she was at best, a WAY overdeveloped secondary character, the poor little rich girl given far too much backstory

Yeah she was developed more than she was supposed to be. But that's from a cold story telling pov. The thing is, she became very relatable and people couldn't help but like and root for her.
They could have saved the story but making the two mains compelling as well, so Seju wouldn't end up outshining them. But turns out they don't know how to do that. If they kept Seju as a less important secondary character the story wouldn't become better.

The artist doesn't hate Seju, because she said Seju was her favorite character.
