Another idea came to mind today... The last chapters kinda show that Seola has really reached her limit and can't help becoming all touchy with Norae. I think she's really at the stage now, when she can say whatever's on her mind about Norae and write it off as a joke:
"Norae, you're so cute, I really love you!"
"Norae, I cut my nails for you - let's have sex!"
"Norae let's go and watch Carol, just the two of us"

Wow, the last one could actually be a reality and an act from Norae since she's into boring romantic dramas... she could invite Seola to go watch Carol as she read from critics that it's a very good one. Or perhaps some friends mentioned that to her. LOL I can tell how awkward they are going to be after the movie, hahahahaha.

Regarding the nail cutting.
I don't think Seola went home. The door she slammed doesn't look like the entrance door and definitely looks different to the one through which Sungpyo left. I'm pretty sure she just went to the bathroom. The reason she grabbed her handbag before doing that is most likely because she has the scissors/nailcutter in it. At least I always have the manicure scissors and the nail file in my bag. If you happen to accidentally break a nail it's a must to have something like this with you.

As for the new chapter, loved it to bits. A lot of development for Seola. She literally kicked that guy out. She's strong and fights for her girl as she promised. And she even tried to flirt with Norae later. And brought her coffee. So glad Norae's personality allows her to notice such nuances as cut nails etc. I really hope she'll ask Seola, what happened, complimenting her for how she loved her nails when they were longer, but how they are still beautiful when they are cut.
I'm surprised Hyegyeong hasn't called Sungpyo yet. Or at least it didn't feel like she knew what happened when she was talking to Seola. Anyway, Sungpyo and Hyegyeong might turn into a nice couple, lol. Too bad for Seola's brother haha.

And that moment when Seola pet sleeping Norae's hair... oh Goood... That was so sweet... She should've stayed the night and fell asleep next to Norae. That would make the "why did you cut your nails" scene even more confusing for Norae LOL.

Really nice and to-the-point observations! Although I don't think Sungpyo is just trying to be friends with Norae. He wouldn't have wanted Seola out then. He really wanted to stay the night with Norae alone. And he was really disappointed for being unable to stay. I think he really wants to build the relationship with Norae again. But now he's too late kekeke.

The latest chapter, with Sung-pyo and Seol-a bringing back home a very drunk No-rae is an obvious setup for a conversation between the two. if it doesn't happen or it time-skips to something else (the morning after, or even later), it'll be disappointing.

It surely won't be disappointing to me if you get disappointed xD By the way, what do you think they will talk about?

Yes, I think so too I think the story is good now but if it drags on more it won't be as good. For now the dragging hasn't been too bad I think, it just makes feel on the edge buuut! now we need to move forward a bit!

if you feel it's dragging I suggest you to give it a pause for, say 20 chapters, and then read them all in one go and wait for more 20 chapters. The pacing is awesome on the large scale actually. I think you should really get invested into chapter by chapter reading and discussions if you're into small details that Ssamba also really cares about,

So, I am thinking that Sung-Pyo (Mr. No-rae's Ex)'s appearance isn't coincidental. I think Hye-gyeong (No-rae's Uni BFF who witnessed No-rae's and Sung-pyo's break up and later on suffering after the break up first hand) is secretly trying to play cupid and bring back the two together. I surely didn't miss the part where she texted stuff and even approached Sung-pyo later on when No-rae got wasted. It's as if she predicted the outcome thus, saw an opening for Sung-pyo to enter the scene without people suspecting anything. That's why there's a part somewhere where Seol-a said that if it isn't a coincidence, what would she do?

Yeah, I really like this interpretation. And to those saying she texted Seola, well, she could've texted both, you know. Like she could've texted Sungpyo way earlier. And I really like the idea with Hyegyong "forcing" that crazy drink on Norae while Seola was away. It's not like she planned it from the start but I think she could've just use the situation. Would be funny to read a coversation between Hyegyeong and Sungpyo in the next chapter with a flashback to the conversation between Seola and Sungpyo.
HG: Hey, so did everything go well?
SP: No not at all, that other girl again... What was her name - Seola, right? She took Norae to her room and wouldn't let me care of Norae over the night. And Norae was murmuring, 'Seola, Seola...', the whole freaking time on my shoulder... Are they a couple or something...? I've never seen Norae caring so much about anyone.

cipp, what do you think will happen in the next chapter? Will there be a conversation between Seola and Sungpyo? Even a non-verbal one? So as to make clear that they are rivals over Norae's heart? I personally really want that to happen. And I want that they both know this about each other. I mean that they know that they are rivals. That Seola's not just a friend. And that Sungpyo doesn't want to stay as just friends either.

I'm so curious what's gonna happen next. I really hope for a conversation between Norae's ex and Seola. I wonder what form would it take. Who would speak first? Will Seola's feelings get exposed directly with her stating them? Or would Sungpyo understand them indirectly? Could be nice if Norae heard the conversation and realised she had better chances than she'd thought before.
I also wonder where they would take Norae, her home or Seola's. Does Seola have Norae's key/knows the pass code? I hope it's Seola's, but knowing Ssamba it'd be the opposite, haha. Well, could at least show to Sp how close the girls are if Seola can enter Norae's home anytime.
Kinda hope Sungpyo will mention something about how caring Norae was towards Seola at the ski resort. Perhaps it will give Seola some strength, especially with that kiss/bite on the neck.
I imagine Seola leaving Norae on the bed and then hearing Norae asking her to stay. Just like with Ina, earlier. And then Seola stays sitting next to Norae and then falls asleep. And then Norae wakes up in there morning first feeling extremely awkward with Seola sleeping next to her and going all like DID WE DO IT LAST NIGHT? LOL

When you can't make head or tail, or have to build a fantasy, about what the characters think or why they act the way they do and about where the story is headed, it's not a question of taste, it's just bad writing. Only the characters save this in my eyes.

Even pro mangaka do bad writing sometimes. I'm not casting stones at Ssamba, as I can't write or draw for the life of me, but as a reader of thousands of stories, I can tell she lacks experience and would have needed an editor to help her straighten her storytelling. That's my honest opinion.

If she ever writes something else I hope she will improve.
