I have a feeling it's a mix of yes and no. The black-haired FMC seems aware that the girl with the perm is trying to pursue her, but I think she'll treat/view it as teasing for a while. It will probably only get serious when the girl with the perm makes a bold move, like kissing her. Other than that, it seems like this series will take its time, much like TGSWIIWAGAA, especially with chapters that are only 4 pages or less. However, I’m still getting the sense that it might progress quickly, even though at first, it won’t. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Something about a "toxic" lesbians who isn’t actually toxic but is undeniably attractive really appeals to me. Mikawa Miso is GREAT at creating yuri works. ^_^

For a one-shot, this delved deeply into emotions, plot, and the concept of aging in a truly beautiful way. I’ve never read a manga where both the artist and the muse were women usually, the artist is a man, but this was a refreshing change. Their shared perspective made the story even more enjoyable. :)

A self-published manga on pixiv, last raw update Dec '23 at ch19... The colour saturation looks cool though.

I'm getting major déjà vu, TGIWIIWAGAA was originally self-published on Twitter before gaining recognition, and it also introduced the green color into traditional black-and-white manga panels. I have a feeling this will be a success, especially since the story seems promising so far, and even more then one colors are being incorporated. ^_^

At first, I didn’t know who Asanagi was, but now I seriously regret looking up his work after all these warnings on this post. It’s absolutely dehumanizing. I understand it’s a piece of fiction... but I guess to each their own.

Yeah, that’s the one! It’s really lovely. I initially thought it would have an angsty feel based on the cover art, but it turned out to be so wholesome, cute, and sexy. Oh, I didn’t know it had an official English release, that’s great to hear! That means the series will continue to be uploaded on other sites until it’s finished. without the series being dropped. ^_^

Yeah it's currently at chapter 21 in English. The series has 38 chapters so far. The English typically gets released in batches on Meb.

Somewhat. I'd say it's been mostly like Lily Love and Lily Love 2. There is some drama but nothing I'd consider absurd--the core relationship is not really where the uncertainty comes from. There's also a wider cast besides just the main 2. In the current chapters 37, there's a new character that could be an issue but I don't know how much of one.

I see! I had a feeling it would be quite similar to Lily Love based on the pacing. Both series seems started off cute and wholesome but later introduced external obstacles. the cast is expanding, does that mean there are likely other couples as well? :)
Wow, Chapter 37! I’m only on Chapter 6 :D because the website I use just started uploading it. You mentioned using the website Meb checked it out, but everything seems to be in Thai. Is there still an English release available there?
Personally, I think a little bit of drama and hardship in Love My Boss makes the series even more enjoyable, and Ratana Satis does a great job portraying that.

There is an English version of Meb but you can also use the Thai version since English chapters of a bunch of Thai series are also released there. I actually made an account with the Thai version (a long time ago, when I was buying all the English chapters for Beast Knights) and that seems to automatically sync with the English version. There doesn't seem to be an account difference besides the language change. I didn't even know they had an English version of until recently. You have to read chapters on the app anyway.

Oh, I didn’t realize the accounts sync like that, good to know! I only recently found out about the English version, too. Since the Thai version works the same, I’ll probably just stick with that. I did see the English releases on the website, though, and since the chapters are priced in Thai baht, they’re pretty cheap. I might consider making an account and buying some chapters as well.
