Also, the entire time I was reading this chapter, I couldn't help but think about how Case's collar would absorb ALL of the sweat. I cannot imagine it being pleasant.

Trained athletes don't actually sweat all that much if they don't specifically push themselves. Plus, their sweat is almost entirely water, so even if the collar would absorb it, it wouldn't be much different from regular frost - unpleasant to touch, but that's what the clothes are for.

That's because the meaning of each statement in the middle part is more or less clear, why the last sentence has not been clarified and thus can mean anything, increasing its relative semiotic weight.

If the wolf fell unconscious amidst the berries, surely she would have realized what it was that she ate when she woke up? The berries are right there, she didn't eat all of them.

Maybe she "sleep"-walked or was found by someone and carried home?

Yeah, you're not the only one... I pretty much forgot who pretty much all these supporting characters are. Still, the main cast's shenanigans are hilarious, so I'm okay with reading it even if I don't know half of the characters.

It helps that most of them are based on actual historical figures, so you can figure out their relations. :-)

Really liked the first two chapters.
The next ones were disappointing for me, specially chapter 05.
When I finished chapter 02, I think I would be reading one of the best pure yuri (soft)hentais ever... but not. =(
In the end, Risa and Maiko true feelings toward each other didn't matter that much.

This story is really more about plump buttock appreciation than about "pure yuri feelings"... I thought that much was clear from the first pages onward.

Aaaand I bestow upon Shiro the title of "dumbest girls of the month", good idea to run away when the artificial heart of your beloved is running out of battery. Chasing Shiro wasn't very bright from Kuro either.

Would be a pretty good piece of criticism if they didn't show that she had an extra battery on her. Shiro probably thought that Kuro would have at least stopped to change her battery and use it to escape the situation, didn't account for Kuro to risk her life to find the truth.

This counter-argument is only as valid as the assumption it is based in that Shiro engaged in a logical reasoning process in that scene. To me, it is quite obvious that she did not.

That got darkish....at the end??

It merely highlights how messed up the situation where Subaru had to fight Ginga was in the first place. Even without the whole incest angle, their relationship is so ridiculously close and intimate, that sicking a brainwashed Ginga on Subaru is comparable to, perhaps, Hayate trying to kill (a very confused) Vita in the messedupnes department.

I hope future chapters explain why Shiro couldn't be the one with the artificial heart. It seems like the obvious choice a doctor would make in that situation.

Actually, doesn't Kuro (the black-haired girl) do sports, while Shiro (the fair-haired one) do the science stuff? The POV of the narration in his manga is slightly confusing. Shiro says she enjoys being able to do sports, but is then invited to the stage as an honor for a science report she had submitted.

There is delicious irony in the fact that everyone thinks Kuro is the dense one. =)

Tag: Horror? You can't "give up" your perfectly functional heart to someone else. What kind of nightmare hospital would allow this? Now you have two patients instead of one.

It's obviously some kind of sci-fi scenario, as AFAIK there are no portable artificial hearts yet that can be charged off the regular grid.

The "her from the past" that Xiao Ou mentions may have been a past paramour who used the protagonist in the same way that the protagonist uses her "girlfriend" for warmth. If that's the case, it probably ended as well as you can expect.

The way Maya was portrayed never made her look ambitious to the extent that it could've been the reason she was unable to answer people's feeling because she wanted to concentrate on her studies. I've never picked up that vibe from her.

Personally, what sold this to me was the mention of her studying astronomy, of all things. Astronomy nowadays is not something you study because you can earn a lot of money with it (you can't), or because it's easy (it isn't), or because everyone else does it (they don't). Which leaves just one: it's something you have a natural passion and talent for, and if you decide to study astronomy at the university level, you pretty much have to put relationships on the backburner for a year or two.

Is it still Gay for pay if their gayness is irrespective of their being payed? I always thought it was a tag for (at least ostensibly) straight women.
