There was a problem with Gaku's download. Their mirror version worked though, have since fixed it. It should work now.

There are pinups that follow the plots of her doujins or that reference other pinups (like every work with Youmu or Byakuren) though. And even if they're isolated, they're still pretty NTR focused.

There are pics that follow the plot of the doujins yes, but that doesn't mean they all do, which they don't. And I certainly wouldn't say they're NTR focused. They've probably drawn about 5 NTR pictures ever, total.

This is the answer. The pin ups are just that, pin ups, no real connection to the doujins. Yohane's pics are for the most part based on questions asked to them on their website, like "I want a book where Sanae enjoys an oyakodon of Previous Generation Miko-sama (37 y.o.) and Reimu-san!", and thus draws Sanae with a pregnant Miko and pregnant Reimu.

There's no "all these relationships will die eventually in favour of sex" headcanon, they just like to draw porn and ships. A lot.
