A prank? On April first? How very dare they?

A lot of folks here are just really insecure about their yuri reading.

An incest story about a girl that writes incest stories?

Looks like we have here an...

I can't help but think that trying to break the heart of a teenage girl who is prone to self-harm while she is standing on top of a cliff can only end well for everyone involved.

Is there anything Senpai can't do?!

Common sense.

What even is this heresy you are spouting.

Literary theory tells us that there are many types of conflict, both external (protagonist vs. villain or circumstance) and internal (protagonist vs. herself, e.g. her insecurities or conflicting beliefs). Yamada's internal conflict and character growth in this manga are so subtle, adding an external villain would totally hurt the plot, in addition to the readers who came here for the fluff. :-)

I don't know if its just me.
I think this manga really needs some serious conflict, I see nothing but happiness in this one. when I was reading this manga, boredom gets the best of me a couple of times.

I can suggest Citrus. :-)

Citrus?
one of my favorite yuri manga ^^

Then your reading preferences appear to be incompatible with this manga's writing goals. :-)

I hope, as people have mentioned above, that it isn't the END end, though it wouldn't be a horrible ending to their story. They are on a clear path to happily-ever-after. But I just want to see more of the cuteness...

Speaking of realism: I don't believe in happily-ever-afters, because maintaining a long-term relationship is a helluva work, so you can't just take it for granted. I do believe, however, that Yamada and Kase can make it happen naturally because of their natural compatibility, and showing how they make it would be so much more valuable than an abstract happy-end-after-having-sex.

This concludes the heart-pounding romance story "Kase-san." Minna-san, domo arigato gozaimasu!! Please continue to follow the adventures of new series "Tomoka-chan."
;)

I'd read that. Heck, I'd read anything from Takashima Hiromi. >__>

The thing at the bottom of the last page its just that its the end of this arc, さくら means sakura and the same thing was used when the crepé and kase-san arc ended.

Exactly what I wanted to say.

When I read " Tomorrow didn't come for Kiyo ", I had to go back to that page a few times because, even though my heart started to hurt, my brain didn't process it. When it processed though, felt like I was hit by a train or something ;-;

I really like that panel, aesthetically, if not emotionally: just plain white text on a completely black background. From personal experience, I can tell that this is exactly how it feels when you're told a loved one has passed away: everything's dark, and just this one idea is pulsing in front of you, as your brain attempts and fails to process it.

I sincerely hope that the next update will not be an epilogue. I wanna see Yamada and Kase (shaddap, that's their names, for all I care) in College, graduate, live together, and grow old together. >__>

They finally have sex for the first time, which is nice, though it still feels like Kase was a little pushy.

She's only been holding her lust for Yamada in check for two years in a row...

Apparently it's not even an anime, but a music video? I'm confused but that's what I read on some sites...

5 minute music video

As long as the manga isn't ending, I'm happy with whatever I can get. >__>

Leaving work at 7pm is normal!? Those 10-11 hour work days, ouch! At least they get paid overtime~

From what I know about the Japanese work ethics, this is normal.

Honestly can't believe she is single /.\

Considering her attitude and knowledge it seems like if this were a normal manga the answer to "why isn't she in a relationship when she knows this much?" would be "she is in a relationship. With a girl. And she knows this much through experience" but with the way this manga's going I'm not sure it'll actually turn out that way.

Nee-san is currently single. But not for long.

Was Bell a demon too?

If no, then what is she?

Too much unresolved story.

From all the hints scattered throughout the chapter, I get the feeling that she is basically an angel from the Judeo-Christian tradition, because:

  • The biggest smoking gun is the crucifix she wields as a weapon;
  • Her name is "Bell", which sounds very Western and also invokes church bells;
  • She says the demon is not allowed to speak her true name, and AFAIK Japanese supernatural nasties don't really take an issue with names. In Judaism and Christianity, on the other hand, naming is a big thing, especially for angels, whose names often include "-el", which means "God" (e.g. the archangel's name "Gabriel " means "God is my strength"), and who therefore would be very opposed to a sacrilege such as a demon speaking the name of God.

No idea what she is doing in Japan, though.

The song that plays over it is somehow very early-2000s... It reminded me of Noir's ED, for some reason.

Btw, EvilDevil, just wanted to let you know that I am now utterly addicted to this song. It's been five days, and I am still listening to it on repeat. -__-

I like how she just stands there in that fashion atrocity, frozen in mute horror.
(That's probably what a mildly failed SAN check looks like.)

1d4 SAN loss at most. Easily recoverable.

And clearly she's got a large SAN pool because becoming a vampire is at least a 1d10 SAN loss situation, and it didn't even faze her.

1d10 can still come up 1.

Do vampires even have to roll for SAN? I thought it was only for us mere mortals.

It really seems that people on this forum can find something to complain about with literally any chapter released anymore.

It just means that this forum has grown enough to represent the baseline bitchiness of the internet at large.

I am not surprised at all that these two are together. Something about all their bickering seems really fishy from the get go.

Old married couples all look the same, regardless of whether they are actually old or married.

Holy shit, Nee-san, what are you doing?! Don't you know?! Using common sense goes against the laws of yuri!

IKR. First Kase-san continues school romance into college like nothing happened, and now this? What's happening to the good ol' genre. :-[

Edit: Just a thought, but it's really cool that Tomoyuki's revelation about Mio can be summarized into, "your sister sucked, but we all loved her anyway."
Touko, you can suck, too, but everyone around you will still love you, so stawp doing this to yourself, you useless lesbian! Arrrrrghhhhhh.

It might even be prudent to suggest she gets the hang of her little gay heart sometime. :D
