If we aren't talking about het, there isn't much to discuss. If you don't like it, avoid the tag for it.

That said, pushing that philosophy implies you have a tag system capable in all cases of warning readers of content they don't want to see. If you don't, you need to improve it so it does that. I'm already very particular about what I search for, so I really can't attest to how good the tag system is at that.

It appears to be impossible to suggest the "Yuri" tag be added to a series or chapter.

I love school-life-everybody's-a-lesbian-I-love-onee-sama-kyaa-blush-faint type of manga.

But, I think Fuwa's character is hilarious. Her unfazed non-reaction to everything is adorable, and she makes a great foil to Ryou even more so than she does the twins. And, all together as a foursome, they're just awesome.

We are going to be reuploading items that were removed due Jmanga licensing them.

Do they still hold any licenses, though? Even if they aren't planning on publishing anything, them sitting on the licenses is still a barrier to many scanlation groups picking up the series.

People should keep in mind that some titles were licensed jointly. ALC Publishing still holds the license for some ongoing series, such as Aoi Hana.

I have no opinion on Jmanga, but I do feel bad for companies that attempt to turn a profit on digital goods. The piracy mentality is almost ubiquitous on the Internet, and it's all but impossible to prevent people from downloading, copying, etc., the material and redistributing it.

It might have helped Jmanga to face the reality that people are going to download and redistribute despite their best efforts. Rather than creating an apparently (never used it myself) annoying system of viewing the content online, they could have allowed downloads and been a more attractive service because of it.

Moreover, when it comes down to it, no one who refuses to pay and just wants their content for free is going to cave in and buy from Jmanga simply because they made it slightly more difficult to redistribute. Bearing that in mind, I think many of the people who would buy from Jmanga, despite their flawed system and selection of titles often already scanlated, are people who are just interested in supporting the medium and creators (at least in spirit, by showing support for Jmanga which in turn purchased a license, which assumedly benefits the creator). Making things harder for them is obviously not a good idea.

Closing its doors in the way it did, without offering a refund for purchases or a way for users to permanently keep the content, Jmanga has probably damaged the image of digital manga services. Add to that a rocky service with points and lack of downloads... people may not trust this kind of endeavor in the future.

EDIT: Everyone who bought titles from Jmanga they want to keep should look into ripping methods. It's not exactly difficult.

Can you implement a tag search, then? This system does work well enough for a general search engine, but one of Dynasty's strong suits has always been its tags and I think it would be beneficial to get results containing all the tags you specify. I mean, having 100+ pages of results containing "yuri" if your search was for "yuri + something else" is hugely redundant.

I have a suggestion: when I search for two or more tags, can the search results please only include titles that have all of the tags I search for? I want to use AND here, not XOR.

Series in red are missing one of the two tags. For another thing, it's already pretty obvious that the reader does not have 125 pages of chapters with both these tags...

...and by page 4, not a single chapter here has both tags.

What is the use of the search behaving this way? What is it searching, if not the tags?

Speaking of which, does anyone know who the Cactusmoon people (released chapter 13 of Shitsuji Shoujo to Ojousama) are? I'm happy to see they picked up the series, but...I sure wish they weren't publishing in JPG format.

You can switch which one next chapter should go to with the dropdown in the top right. Though it probably should always default to series.

I have readded a button to "download page" in the top right toolbar. It seems that feature was used a lot more often then I initially thought.

This is great, but do you think it could open the page in a new tab? IIRC the old option just had it start the download (save as dialog). This is better, since it allows you to just copy the image for quick porting elsewhere, but it would be nice if it didn't make you leave the reader page.

Edit: Turns out, unlike many buttons on the Internet, Ctrl+click works for opening in a new tab. So no need to make a change there I suppose.

How is chapter linking (as in, where you go when you click "Next Ch.") handled? I just noticed that chapter 1 of I Want to Be Honest leads to chapter 4 of I Fell in Love for the First Time, because they're both from the Girl Sanctuary anthology. Obviously, it should lead to chapter 2 of I Want to Be Honest.

I vote for completely alphabetical tags. Anyone who starts off with "Shizuru x Natsuki" and gets nothing will just switch them and try again, and an alphabetical system gives you a surefire way of knowing what each pairing tag is going to be.
