Ah yes, hello, thanks for reading! Seeing comments like these about being surprised at new PR stuff is good enough for me to be happy.
DMF is my favorite of the three (or four if you count KinPri/SSS as a separate thing from RL) but it can only be as good and impactful after watching AD for sure, especially the finale. The designs are very good though, bit of a shame Shiawase Naru still looks like a middle schooler despite being 30 or something.

Somehow the male characters in PR are some of the best, it was very nice to see best boy Itsuki grow up to his DMF self.

@Throbelisk: Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, it's a great idol/sports show that I think can easily be appreciated by anyone even though it's for little girls due to the strenght of the characters and storylines. Some very nice music too.

Man, I'm still so mad about what happened to this series... The massive popularity for 6 months or so after and then what ended up happening.. We were going to see Touhou level popularity for an all female cast again! Was yuri god damn heaven for the first few months haha.

I still think they could have eventually came back, but season 2 just felt like a slap in the face on everything the 1st stood for, you know?

Firing Tatsuki and his crew after they made it popular (over a shitty claim of using company assets to make a short youtube clip) was such an unparalleled dick move that it made me not want to interface with the series at all after that.
Such a shame.

They can, I mean just take a look at K-POP boybands, although alot of people still think that being an idol isn't very "masculine" for a man, even though it's 2020.

Maybe its implying he can't be a part of Muse specifically, since they are a female group? However, I do remember reading a previous genderbend doujin where Nico was both male and part of Muse, so idk.

That's how I took it, it's less about Nico not being able to be an idol and more about not being the idol he wants to be.
