It's a mindset of why a portion of people like Yuri. They still get to see girls naked, but also maintaining their pure waifu status before graduating and going for guys (who will be the self insert of the reader)

I totally get the heternormative belief that still exists which discounts lesbian activities as actual sexual/romantic experiences. I'm simply asking if a line can be crossed where the girl who engages in these acts with another girl stops being 'pure'? Or will it continually be disregarded as 'practice' just because she doesn't get, excuse the crude language, an actual penis to cum on/in her?

1. I have crossed paths with male subs my age and their classroom dynamic is strikingly different. I've asked them what they're doing and they describe EXACTLY what I'm doing in my classroom. But they're men. And, sad to say it, I think female teachers get more sh*t from students

I agree with the salary raise for teachers; basically for all workers in social services like community/public doctors and nurses, therapists, etc.

As for gender discrepancy, it largely depends on the culture I think. Mine's pretty much egalitarian but a bit matriarchal in "respect hierarchy". Especially with older age, female teachers get the respect mothers usually get and they can easily make students stand properly in line. It's a different thing with male teachers of the same age. Students expect the "Dads" to be the playful and chill ones. Younger female teachers are expected to be strict, prim, and proper; younger male teachers are expected to be "cool"... At the end of the day, it really boils down to the teacher's ability to plan effective classroom management.
