You know what I say? Fuck diets and exercise. If weight is your only concern, just try fasting. There were days when I wouldn't eat from when I woke up until 3 pm. After that, I would just eat a late lunch, a snack, dinner, and a small desert on occasion. It worked reasonably well. Then again, I'm no expert and didn't consult a doctor, so don't take my advice blindly.
