There's far more chemistry between Illya and Kuro than with Miyu.
Kuro went from only wanting to kill Illya and take her place, to become her overprotective 'big sister'.
And Illya went from wanting Kuro to just disappear from her life, to wanting them to never be separated ever again.
Miyu can be the third wheel, since their relationship hasn't changed in 4 seasons...

I find it interesting that all Hachiko's characters fuck like rabbit off screen, but she nearly never draws any NSFW.

You can point at genuine chemistry and implied feelings all you want, but the author ultimately decides what's truly going on.
Now this movie is a case entirely different, but your generalization bugs me. Especially the unecessary comment about straight people not getting it. The subtext is obvious no matter what sexual orientation you are, but doubts are justified considering the context however.

Their "romantic chemistry" is based solely around fanservice, even in the manga. They have an actual interesting sibling dynamic, but I assume we are talking about the chemistry that leads to the pairing no? Not everyone who has a deep connection has romantic feelings, when will people get that?

@rokfer Pff, roughly 80% of the manga would disagree. It's okay if you don't like Miyu or don't want her to be with Illya (I only said if you have to ship them, she is the more likely choice), but don't deny the obvious chemistry between them and how the mangaka actively portrays Miyu's growing dependance and connection with Illya.

This is all quite pointless anyway, because both Illya and Kuro are brocons who love Shirou lol
