What’s the difference between “Chibi” and “Moe up the butt”? There’s a high correlation of both tags being used in mangas... why bother using two tags?

"Chibi" describes a way of drawing characters with large eyes and heads, and bodies smaller than the head; "Moe up the butt" is situational, and usually causes unexplained d'awws, random fits of laughter, and in some rare cases, death by cute.
