If you're graduating, why not just confess? Worst case scenario you'll never see each other again, which isn't that different than meeting 2-3 times a year when everyone in the group is free from uni/work.

I'm thinking Jurina is the one who loves Reina because of the comment on how eager she was, but Reina's face in the second to last page threw me for a loop.
