@Entoma It's from one of the latest chapters. As Yuri gets off the train, Tomoko calls her by her name for the first time and we only see Yuri's eyes widen before the scene ends. This is a continuation of that.

One significant thing is that Tomoko jumps from not calling Yuri by name to naming her (relatively) intimately as Yuri-chan. Yuri has consistently called Tomoko "Kuroki-san" and the development here means that, in addition to calling her by name, Tomoko has actually deepened the intimacy beyond where Yuri felt comfortable expressing it one-sidedly. This is huge, for Yuri. We'll have to wait and see how she handles it.

Edit: Ch. 144 resolves this.
