Fun fact, there's acatually a dark series of Hataraku Saibou (the manga), called "Hataraku Saibou Black". In this darker version the gender of the cells are actually reversed, blood cell is a male and the white cell is a female. They live in an unhealthier body and have to fight more dangerous disease (the white cell is armed with a god damn sword).
Edit: looking at this pic again, that's definitely the white cell from the black series. She has a sword.

But it's the red blood cell from the main series. It's either a crossover of some sort or some one else's body entirely.
Hell, I could see a spinoff where there was an accident or transfusion or whatever that gets them both in the same body, a la Osmosis Jones the Movie > Ozzy and Drix the cartoon series.

Artist also draws stuffs from both series. There's a pic that has both of the white cells from both series (https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/3193430). So yeah I'm pretty sure it's a crossover.
