^^ one could assume. they are always shown together and in the final scenes they are shown holding hands! also it makes sense now that naomi likes girls since in the first ep she had a problem connecting with hiro XD

I did some research and I think Naomi x Ikuno is canon, though I haven't seen any official words on it. However, I choose to believe it is canon as explained and shown through these links.

^Ironically, episode 13 was the one episode that made me stick to watch it to the end (at least for me), and you're just 1 episode away from it
