From all the couples in the Nanoha series, these two are the ones I adore the most. In the end, when Rinne says out of scene she loves Fuuka, you can hear Fuuka making a sound of surprise. I like to think as a headcanon thing that's because Rinne kissed her... Or maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic.
Come on! At least one canon yuri couple! ONE! I would love it to be FuuRinne or Nanofate, but at this point I would settle for anyone... The only thing its needed is a kiss to formalize. Fate and Nanoha even adopted a freaking kid, for fuck's sake! I don't even know how high in the gay scale that is!

^I honestly thought it was Nanoha and Fate (I didn't notice the hair tone of the blonde girl was different from Fate's), but I saw your first comment in the Image Comments at the same time I saw the thumb for this, so I immediately knew I was wrong and didn't say anything. lol
In my defense, I never watched any season of Nanoha and had never heard of these two characters either.

@Midnightgunner: It goes more than that. The VOICE ACTRESSES for Nanoha and Fate have gone on record that the two characters ARE indeed in a romantic/sexual relationship.

What I heard is that they are just close friends, but voice actresses started shipping them, so staff started to put more and more subtext into story. In the end they are still not canon, not to upset fans (you know, merchandises won't sell itself if they can't be waifus), but at this point there is so much subtext and they are so gay for each other, you can barely deny they are not a married couple.
