My Japanese is not perfect, so without consulting a dictionary, I think it's an announcement for the fifth volume released 5/19.
Oh and for those who have trouble with the hiragana too, the title is Cherry Blossoms (Sakura) and Kase-san.

They're gonna get married after college and Kase will help out in her wife's flower shop after winning several Olympic gold medals and they'll live happily ever after and there's nothing you can say that can convince me otherwise.
And you know Yamada raised the flowers in their bouquets herself.

You know Kase her mom probably wanted her to wear a dress and heels all formal. Yeah can Kase wear heels though?
