Either way, I'm still surprised Negom ships Saaya with Rikka.

@juanelric It's not Rikka. According to the artist commentary, its a "NPC Teacher", which I guess means its a background character from the anime.

According to Negom pixiv, which I believe she herself tagged, label is RIKKA HISHIKAWA

Only tags with a * next to it are tagged by the artist, others are added by users. In the Pixiv upload you mean, the artist tagged HuG precure, yuri and Saaya. The Rikka tag was added by a user.

Maybe it is Rikka tho. They seem to hint it is but shruggle

While negom will probably never outright say it's Rikka, there are a lot of hints to it (the design, being a doctor and the diamond shaped necklace). And to be fair, she isn't wrong in calling her a mob character given that in the Hugtto universe, an older Rikka would be just that.

It is Rikka, Negom doesn't follow the series timeline, and creates her own pairings, Makopi x Rikka is one example, and it seems she likes Rikka so much she "resurrected" her to pair with the newcomer
