The only problem - if you want to call it that, is if they hooked up, Saikawa would have to be a lolicon for most of her life. She will be twice Kana's size in as little as 6-7 years!

Dragon's aging shouldn't be a problem...they get to adulthood and then stop aging, like vampires and other things with weird aging.

^I know of literally nothing that does that though. Vampires stop aging whenever they become vampires - i.e are bitten (If vampires can be born vampires and age, I've never come across a setting where that happens.)

Things that are naturally just extremely long lived such as dragons or elves, one can assume their childhood and adolescence also lasts a lot longer than for a much shorter lived species (though yes, probably a much smaller % of their whole life when compared to a human). Kana is a child in dragon terms, and also in her maturity - but I'm pretty sure she is NOT like 10 years old.

Considering magic in the Dragon Maid universe is of the "it can do fucking anything" variety, I'm sure Kanna could just age herself up when that becomes a problem.

That code's way more complicated than needed. Here's three better alternatives:

for(;;){

}

or

do {
printf("CUTE");
} while(1)

or

CUTE:
printf("CUTE");
goto CUTE;
