Awesome stuff! Also, is it just me, or is Tomoko bruised on the face, and being chocked to top it off?
Edit: Hmm, her eyes seem to be starting to roll backwards, and there is the crying. I am calling choking on this.

Tomoko is indeed visibly bruised, bleeding, and crying; seems to be the artist extrapolating Yuri's mildly violent tendencies in the series. I also vote for a Ryona tag.

But if you consider Tomoko's character, she might have gotten a nosebleed from exposure to the sexy situation, eyes rolled back because that was a flame-ass kiss, and crying cuz, well, idk she's happy in some way. Plus, Yuri's hand position where her thumb is under her chin looks more to be cupping Tomoko's face then falling downward.
Could be just at that moment though, but whatever, it's a great picture in my opinion

I'm not that good at Japanese, but from what I can gather from the Twitter, it seems that the artist was trying to portray an unhealthy, codependent relationship.

I agree that this is probably Abuse.
