We do kiss for greetings in France, but on the cheek.

I think the best is greeting is with your best friend, like me and my friend will be doing some kind of weird hand gesture greeting that it looks like it'll summon satan or something.

In Brazil we "kiss" the other person on both cheeks while in a loose hug. (It is more like a cheek to cheek contact, really). Though I guess, depending on the person and the situation, it could be any of the greetings above, plus hugs. We also say "kisses" at the end of almost every conversation, like: "I have to go. Kisses. Bye.".

Yeah the greeting kisses are check and cheek contact in Spain too. It is always funny to see how in manga and anime when they try to emulate those kisses they actually kiss and say something like " that is how you greet in America" and I am like "I don know exactly how they greet but I dont think that how you do it" sometime I think they actually know but they play with the fact the the character doesn't know and fall for it.
So general question in those countries that greet with kisses is there any one who actually kiss in the cheek

^ @Brunaelizer , Yeah. You're right. as I said, it is also a possibility. But I still think it is more common to see this greeting between men. Though it is used a lot between good friends. Like when I call my bffs "bitchs", or "idiots", almost as a cute nickname. XD
