The downside with Kasumi is you have to bait her with food to get her to engage in any physical activity.
Although that really is more of an upside.

There's a further escalation of this concept as a bonus art page in the official manga, where they try to play the Pocky game with a small square piece of candy. You might think "at that point, aren't they basically just making out?" and you might be right.
