None of the anatomy below the waist makes any sense at all, which seems really weird considering it's drawn by someone who literally makes a living drawing people.
The legs are bad, but the real problem is that her thighs appear to be almost half a meter apart from each other. That's one hell of a thigh gap.

^Actually look very, VERY closely at the crease between her left thigh and left stocking, and you can see a teeny tiny bit of her right thigh, meaning there's actually no anatomy problem at all, she just has very thick thighs on a small frame.

Then you're not familiar with human anatomy, I guess. The others are absolutely right, her hips, or at least her right hip, is so far out of position that it's not even attached to her body, and both thighs are HUGE in comparison to her calves. In fact her left thigh is larger than her whole torso!

I'll say this again, look to the right of her left stocking, and there's a bit of her right thigh sticking out. Her right hip is NOT out of position, she just has exaggerated thighs like she does in the actual series. In addition, her thighs definitely aren't bigger than her torso because we're only seeing them from the side, with the fat on he hamstrings hanging down.
tl;dr There are some optical illusions in this image, but no actual anatomical problems in the legs.

Frankly I think the artist just didn't care about the lower portion of the picture. Look at the arms of either character - they just disappear into invisibility. Now I'm no expert on human anatomy, but in my experience this only happens very rarely ...
