Edit: I just looked at the source, this is all the way back from 2009. That makes a bit more sense, seeing as this type of lewdity didn't seem like Nakatani's type of thing.

The fact that it's basically a condom filled with white, sticky cream that will erupt all over you creating a pseudo-bukkake situation if you aren't careful does not go unnoticed by anyone who has heard of it.
