^If you look at the bottom of Moku's hand she is holding one of Kaguya's ribbons too - but no idea what the white thing is - some weird kinda hair tool for braiding or holding hair in shape etc?
I also wanna know why the artist drew a single pixel diagonal white line threw his picture too? I can't make any sense of it. But it is a nice picture nonetheless!

She's tying up Kaguya's sleeves. There's a ribbon that goes under each arm and ties in the back.

^ I think bitfarb is right. Or doing something similar. On researching a little there are various tools / belts used for Kimono / traditional Japanese dresses - like the Tasuki cord/sash to tie sleeves up, or the korin belt which helps it keep it's form or something - and some of these can have clips / clasps etc - so it must be one of those.
