Well if you live in the right areas of some towns like the one Prefecture of Tokyo and then the town of Kyoto Japan. Yet you have to live in those parts of town of towns. They are only recognized in the spots that it is legal and I it is not quite a full marriage. I bet all of Japan has this Second class Marriage for LGBT just before they make it a full out Marriage.
This should also have a Marriage tag with it, or a almost marriage tag.

In optimistic news, gay marriage is finally legally recognized in Tokyo. Now to extend that to the rest of Japan and hopefully Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe
