Update on translation I passed this image by a friend who knows more then me about hyroglyphics he told me "I don't know now get this porn out of my face" seems I have hit a brick wall.

The only context to this image that I can think of is that pharaoh Hatshepsut, (on top of being bi) in order to show herself in the manliest light possible (ancient Egyptians had some kind of religious rule against female rule or something (just some watered down mysoginy)), she also got herself some of those same concubines the other pharaohs had. As if all those trade expeditions, fighting alongside the Egyptian army in military campaigns and, y'know, BEING A PHARAOH wasn't enough.
Next thing you know, the next Hatshepsut-related archaeological discovery will prove her bisexuality.
