@Souleater - I don't know sunshine very well - but to sum up -

Riko (girl in bubble) - told Mari, (blondie) - that she is dating Yocchan (blue hair). p.s Yocchan is her nickname, Yoshiko is her real name)

And Mari is teasing Yoshiko about it / hinting she knows - by giving her presents that are Sakura related - because her secret girlfriends full name is Riko Sakurauchi - presumably the same kanji?
