Not seen this ship before, but I like it~
Awesome facial expressions. Mokou looks so sharp, but when you tilt your head to the right, you actually see she has a rather gentle looking expression on her face. Timid look on Reisen is also very nice.

They both have red eyes - never really noticed that before though I knew they both did - since they are normally B&W.
Are Reisen's eyes always red or only when she has her lunatic eyes thing going on?
p.s
Who is the left most figure watching? The others are Eirin & probably Kaguya. The left one isn't Keine - I don't recall who has a hat like that - esp who is related to these characters.

@ elevown - That's Junko, a character introduced in Touhou 15 Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom. She's often portrayed as being Yandere for Reisen.

^Thanks. I checked her picture - don't think I've ever seen her before in a doujin - and isn't 15 about 2 years old? I guess the newer characters haven't really been that popular?

^Really? There's been quite a few doujins and images featuring her uploaded to Dynasty, though only one of the doujins was actually tagged with yuri.

I don't know of any touhou newer game characters and stories, I blame the less amount doujin of them.

^I suppose a lot less Touhou doujins get made nowadays too compared to whenever it was at its height - though that might also be partly to blame on the new characters if they were not that popular?
Norainhere - I must of missed it - still, there have surely not been much of it compared to doujins featuring older characters. Like here she isn't the one in front with Reisen.

Another issue is because there just isn't as big of an interest in scanning/translating the doujins themselves. I just looked up on Danbooru all of the doujin cover pages featuring Junko, and there are plenty of them, even discounting the hetero hentai ones.
While I do agree that there are less overall works about new characters compared to older ones, there are still plenty of new-character-focused doujins that simply haven't been scanlated.
