^Nah, you can chose to be a guy or girl in most(?) of them. Doesn't effect much story-wise, but the relationships are mostly the same.

If you can play boy or girl but it doesn't change much does that mean they have ^ this kinda stuff in the games? Like the same romance or flirting happens with girls with the girl MC as would the boy?

Fate/Grand Order is the full name and it's a mobile game. And as far as I'm aware there isn't much flirting in it sadly.

Their are a few servants who get a little bit flirty, but not all that flirty. The dialogue barely changes with your gender choice(something i always love.).
